At The Backyard Gang, we believe childhood should be messy, adventurous, and full of "did you see that?!" moments. To keep the adventures growing, we’re on the hunt for new Educators to join our team in Hong Kong!

Who are we looking for?
If you’re an awesome educator (or know one!) who believes that "learning through play" is the best way to learn - we want to meet you. We are on the hunt for high-energy, creative souls with a love of the outdoors, come rain or shine!

Come and join us for some more AWESOME adventures this autumn!

There’s a mix of Explorers, Gang and Family sessions running across the below dates:

- 19th September
- 2nd & 3rd October
- 6th October
- 8th, 9th & 10th October
- 30th & 31st October

We know lots of the schools have different mid-term breaks so we’ve tried to ensure there’s something for everyone, but if our dates don’t work for you, feel free to get in touch for a private camp instead!

🔥 Fire is HOT. Fire is DANGEROUS 🔥

As one of the 4 elements, fire plays a huge part in our BYG Curriculum, so at the start of each term, we have a big focus on the importance of fire safety.

This week we’ve been discussing the 3 things fire needs to burn and different ways to light and extinguish a fire, all whilst learning how to act responsibly and safely around this mesmerising element.

Last week saw our final holiday camp of summer 2025 - huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create so many childhood memories.

And welcome back to all our weekly Explorers, Gang and XL families. We’ve had an awesome 1st week back, sharing stories of our summer adventures and getting back into nature. We are so excited for the term ahead. Summer Camp’s conclude, weekly programs resume!
