Wanna have an emotional break 🌱
Being tender to our heart 💛

A school in Sweden offers what they call “emotion breaks” — a gentle pause in the day where students are invited to sit quietly with a soft toy and express how they feel. There's no teacher watching, no evaluation, no right words to say — just a safe moment of emotional release before they rejoin class.

Some students whisper into the toy’s ear. Others sit silently, hugging it while calming down from stress or frustration. The idea is rooted in emotional regulation — allowing young children to process feelings through a nonjudgmental outlet rather than bottling them up or acting out.

These breaks are not scheduled like traditional lessons. Instead, students can request them when they feel overwhelmed. Teachers say behavior issues have dropped, and classroom participation has improved — all thanks to a soft plush bear and five quiet minutes on a beanbag.

Matthew’s Story Inspires Families Beyond Salt Lake!
In Salt Lake City, a striking tombstone captures attention and hearts. Built in 2000, the memorial depicts Matthew, a young boy who used a wheelchair, standing up and reaching toward the sky. This powerful statue is not only a tribute to his life but also a symbol of courage and determination, reminding visitors that physical limitations do not define a person’s spirit.

Matthew’s parents, the Robinsons, wanted to honor his memory in a way that could inspire and help others facing similar challenges. To carry on this mission, they founded the non-profit organization Ability Found. The organization provides support, resources, and advocacy for people with disabilities, helping them pursue opportunities and live life to the fullest.

The memorial and the work of Ability Found serve as a reminder that compassion and action can turn personal tragedy into lasting impact. Visitors to the cemetery often stop to reflect on Matthew’s story, feeling a mixture of sadness, admiration, and hope. His legacy continues to inspire families, educators, and communities to focus on ability rather than limitation.

醫· 女

"The 'medicine woman'
is one of the most forgotten
and suppressed female
archetypes in human history.

She is the wise woman,
the visionary, the seer,
the intuitive, the healer,
the sexual priestess,
and truth-holder.

She holds the gifts of
energy, healing, and
expanded consciousness.

She sees the past and future
and sees deep into the hearts
of others.

Her passion is to serve
and restore harmony,
balance and healing to
Humanity and the Earth.

She is the aspect of us that is
ready to return as part of a
greater Human Awakening.

In our pre-patriarchal past,
during arguable hundreds of
thousands of years,
the Medicine Woman occupied
an celebrated position in her
society.

She served her community in all
parts of the globe in myriad ways
as shaman, wise woman, midwife,
herbalist, oracle, priestess,
sacred dancer, seer, and queen."
