📚✨ We had an enriching Chinese workshop at Fo Tan Campus hosted by Mr. Yeung, an experienced speech therapist and a lecturer at The Education University of Hong Kong (EduHK), last month. We shared practical, child-friendly strategies to help children build confidence in Chinese writing, strengthen skills through daily practice, and make learning more fun, engaging and stress-free at home.

Giggles, stretches, and a whole lot of team-building!

🧘🏻‍♀️Our Parent-Child Yoga Workshop in Fo Tan wrapped up last weekend, and our parents and children all had a wonderful time stretching and laughing!

We designed these three sessions with one big goal in mind: to strengthen and build that beautiful parent-child relationship. 😆💪🏻Through playful partner poses, shared balancing acts (with plenty of wobbles!), and mindful breathing, it was pure joy watching everyone learn to trust, support, and connect in a whole new way.

A massive thank you to all the amazing big and little yogis who brought their best energy and open hearts. You completely crushed it!
