各位校友：
曾經在玫瑰崗學校任教三十六年的高錦棠老師即將正式退休了，為感謝高老師多年來在母校盡心盡力用心教導學生、為社會作育英才，玫瑰崗舊生會將為高錦棠老師舉行退休晚宴。今年九月亦適逢是高老師的六十歲生日，令這個退休晚宴另添一份意義。
晚宴詳情如下：
日期：2026年9月19日（六）
時間：6:30pm接待 7:30pm開席
地點：銅鑼灣柏寧酒店
費用：$900一位 (23歲以下 或 在玫瑰崗學校退休的老師 $450)
每席：12人一席
形式：中式酒席
認購：
• 認購期由2026年7月31日(香港時間)開始；
• 在安排座位方面，本會將儘量安排同屆的校友於同一席；
• 如有特別安排（如素食者），請於報名時列明，本會將設法安排，但不能保證能滿足所有要求；
• 本會有權在必要時安排一席有 13 位嘉賓，但可保證食物的份量不會因此而攤薄。
付款細則：
• 請把認購費用存入本會於匯豐銀行開立之儲蓄戶002-0-191581；
• 戶口名稱為"Rosaryhill School Old Students Association"；
• 把附有日期及時間之存款收據或網上銀行轉賬指示，電郵至 [email protected]；
• 本會將於確認收妥匯款後，發出電郵覆實認購；
• 如果認購人仕只存入款項而未有以電郵通知本會，認購無效。
退款政策：
• 請注意本會並無責任替認購者填補空位。如最終所訂之酒席尚有空位，所付之訂購費將不會被退還；
• 校友一經付款，本會將不會接受任何退款要求。如認購者獲悉未能出席，可自行把席位轉讓，但必需通知本會所轉給人仕之姓名及聯絡方法；
• 如因黑色暴雨或 8 號風球而令酒店不能提供場地，本會會另行通知延至何日。礙於酒店不接受退款，本會亦只能接受轉讓，而不能退款。請見諒！

Retirement cm Birthday Banquet for Mr Ko Kam Tong
Dear Alumni,
After 36 years of teaching at Rosaryhill School, Mr Ko Kam Tong will soon officially retire. To express our gratitude for his dedication in nurturing students at our alma mater and contributing talents to society, the Rosaryhill School Old Students Association will host a retirement banquet in his honor. This September also marks Teacher Ko’s 60th birthday, giving the occasion even greater significance.
Banquet Details
* Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
* Time: Reception at 6:30pm, Dinner at 7:30pm
* Venue: Park Lane Hotel, Causeway Bay
* Fee: HK$900 per person (HK$450 for those under 23 and those who retired in Rosaryhill School)
* Table Size: 12 persons per table
* Format: Chinese banquet
Reservation Guidelines
* Reservations open on July 31, 2026 (Hong Kong time).
* Seating will be arranged, as far as possible, for alumni of the same year to sit together.
* Special requests (e.g., vegetarian meals) should be specified upon registration. RHSOSA will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests.
* RHSOSA reserves the right to seat 13 guests at a table if necessary, but assures that food portions will not be reduced.
Payment Instructions
* Please kindly deposit the reservation fee into the Association’s HSBC savings account: 002-0-191581.
* Account name: “Rosaryhill School Old Students Association”.
* Email the deposit slip or online transfer confirmation (with date and time) to [email protected].
* A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
* Reservations are invalid if payment is made without notifying the Association by email.
Refund Policy
* The Association is not responsible for filling vacant seats. If a table is not fully occupied, the paid reservation fee will not be refunded.
* Once payment is made, no refund requests will be accepted. If a registrant cannot attend, they may transfer their seat to another person but must notify the Association with the transferee’s name and contact details.
* If the hotel cannot provide the venue due to Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8, the banquet will be postponed to another date. As the hotel does not offer refunds, only seat transfers will be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
