Red Cross Youth Unit 22 (Queen's College)

The Blood Donation Day will be held at the hall from 930a.m. to 1230p.m. on 30th April, all students aged 16 or above are highly recommended to take part in it. Please be reminded that if you donate blood for the first time, you will need to bring your HK ID cards and parent consent form along with you on that day. For other eligible students, please bring along your HK ID cards and blood donation cards as well.
THE PARENT CONSENT FORM CAN BE OBTAINED FROM 5B Lai Tsz Chuen, 5C Li Lok Hei and 5C Lam Chun Yin.
