2021 – 2023校友校董選舉選舉結果通告

2021 – 2023校友校董選舉的提名已於2021年8月11日截止，收到有效提名的候選人共1位：
潘偉駿 P**N Wai Tsun, William
隨函附上潘偉駿博士的自我簡介，以供參閱。
根據本校法團校董會章程，本校只有一名校友校董空缺，若獲有效提名的候選人只得一名，則該候選人自動當選，認可校友會須提名其註冊為校友校董。故此，校友會將會向法團校董會提名潘偉駿博士出任校友校董。法團校董會亦會向教育局常任秘書長呈交有關校友校董註冊申請。
如校友校董在任期內離任，以致出現空缺，法團校董會須書面通知認可校友會要求以同樣方式在兩個月內進行補選，填補有關的空缺。如認可校友會無法於該段期間進行補選，則法團校董會可基於充分理由，向常任秘書長申請將填補有關空缺的時限再繼續延長。於補選選出的新任校友校董的任期為被新任校友校董替補的校友校董的剩餘任期。

2021 -2023 Alumni Manager Election – Announcement of Result

Dear Members,
The nomination period for the 2021– 2023 Alumni Manager Election has ended on 11 August and we have received a total of 1 valid nomination during the nomination period. The candidate who is validly nominated is:

The self-introductory statement of Dr. P**N Wai Tsun, William is attached for your reference.
As there is only one vacancy for the Alumni Manager of the School provided for under the IMC Constitution, if only one candidate is validly nominated in the Election, such candidate shall be deemed elected ipso facto for nomination by the RAA for registration as the Alumni Manager of the School. As a result, I am pleased to announce that Dr. P**N Wai Tsun, William will be nominated to the IMC as the Alumni Manager of St. Stephen’s Church College. Afterwards, the IMC shall apply to the Permanent Secretary for registration of Dr. P**N as the Alumni Manager of the school.
If an Alumni Manager vacancy arises as a result of an Alumni Manager resigning during his/her term of office, the IMC shall give notice in writing to require the RAA to conduct a by-election in the same manner to elect another Alumni Manager to fill the vacancy within two months. If the RAA cannot conduct the above by-election accordingly, the IMC shall apply on good grounds to the Permanent Secretary for Education for a further extension of the period for filling the vacancy. The term of the new Alumni Manager elected in a by-election shall be the remaining term of the Alumni Manager whom the new Alumni Manager is to replace.
