Yesterday , our little ones had a fantastic time playing dragon boat in the playground and making beautiful zongzi crafts. It was a day full of creativity, teamwork, and joy! Check out the video to see the fun and laughter. 📹✨

🎨✨ Flashback to Friday's Messy Play Day at Sunshine House! ✨🎨

After a week filled with rainy days, last Friday at Sunshine House was a burst of vibrant, outdoor play! 🌧️🌤️ Our spacious, covered outdoor areas were perfect for a day of creativity and fun, allowing the kids to enjoy fresh air without the mess of mud.

We set up various messy play stations — from spray bottle painting and balloon art to water elves, water beads, and moon sands. Each station was a blast, letting our little explorers splatter, spray, and explore to their hearts' content! 💦🎈🖌️

Why messy play? It's not just fun; it's a vital part of childhood development. Messy play boosts creativity, enhances sensory and motor skills, and fosters essential problem-solving abilities. It’s an opportunity for children to express themselves freely in a supportive environment.

At Sunshine House, we’re proud to have the facilities that allow us to host such large-scale, joyful outdoor events. The children's laughter and happy faces as they played were the true highlights of our week! 🌟👶

Hello Sunshine House families!

A little over a week ago, we had the wonderful opportunity to host the Hong Kong Disabled Youth Association. Our students learned invaluable lessons about inclusivity and the strength of community, through an interactive experience navigating wheelchairs. This session not only taught them about the daily challenges some individuals face but also the importance of empathy and teamwork.

🌈 As we continue to reflect on these powerful lessons, we're reminded of the growth and readiness of our students as we approach the end of the school year.
