上週六（6月6日）香港藝術學院順利舉辦藝術課程資訊講座及香港藝術學院藝術高級文憑講師展《結 • 界》開幕，兩項活動圓滿結束。
當日天氣不穩，但一眾嘉賓、師生、校友及公眾仍抽空到場支持，讓是次展覽開幕及課程分享活動順利、有序完成。香港藝術學院在此感謝所有到場參與及支持的人士。

《結 • 界》一詞源於佛教，本意為護持修行、隔絕紛擾的清淨領域；歷經香港本土文化長年演變，詞義逐漸轉變，成為大眾熟知的生活化詞彙，褪去原本的宗教色彩。
是次展覽重新演繹「結界」的全新意義：藝術教育與創作中無形的框架、身份束縛與固有范式。15位藝術高級文憑課程講師，各自挑選一件跳脫教學常規、突破傳統藝術框架的代表作參展，真實呈現藝術創作不盲從、不設限的探索精神。展覽由學院藝術高級文憑畢業生陳寶儀 Bowie、黃永欣 Paul 擔任策展人，以「藝術冇大冇細」的纯粹核心，探討藝術創作自由、平等、突破束縛的無限可能，為藝術教育帶來全新反思與啟示。
展覽海報設計中的地圖三角圖案，象徵香港藝術學院的三間校舍，亦是本次「結界」概念的重要視覺詮釋。

由香港藝術學院及澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學 合辦的藝術文學士畢業展2026，以《迴語》（Semordnilap，亦可譯作「迴字」）為本屆主題。展覽靈感來自一種語言現象「迴語」：當一個詞語以相反方向拼寫或閱讀時，會變成另一個全然不同的詞彙。這種的詞意上的逆轉正是一個轉折點，讓「stressed（壓力）」變成「desserts（甜點）」，讓「reviled（被厭惡）」倒轉為「deliver（傳遞）」。
本屆畢業展覽《迴語》邀請各位走進這道縫隙，與那些停駐在「過渡狀態」中的作品相遇。當一種狀況告一段落，而另一狀況尚未展開的片刻，在視角顛倒與意義突變之中，尋找改變的力量，使每次結束成為下一個起點。
我們正重新思索這個時代。

Explore the power of change. Start afresh from where it all began.

The Hong Kong Art School and RMIT University jointly present the Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) Graduate Exhibition 2026 adopts “Semordnilap” . A semordnilap is a linguistic phenomenon: a word that, when spelled or read in reverse, becomes an entirely different word. This reversal of meaning is a pivot. ‘Stressed’ turns into ‘desserts’, and ‘reviled’ becomes ‘deliver’.
This year’s graduation exhibition, “Semordnilap”, invites you to step into that gap. Come and encounter works that linger in a state of transition. Pause at the threshold where one reality draws to a close and another has yet to begin. In the inversion of perspective and the transformation of meaning, we search for the force of change, so that every ending may become the starting point of a new departure.
Here we ‘are’, re-imagining our ‘era’.

【香港藝術學院校友展覽訪問：《弦外之語》：在言語之外的藝術呈現 | Words Beyond The Literal: Exploring Meaning Beyond Language】

真實從非單一維度，時間亦從非直線推進。香港藝術學院最新校友聯展《弦外之語》，集結三位本校畢業藝術家何玉英、梁妙萍、陸貞元，以跨媒介、跨物料、跨思維的多元創作，凝結個人經歷、日常觀察與生命感悟。
擺脫制式美學框架，本次展覽透過繪畫、混合媒材、裝置、聲音創作、陶瓷與白鐵工藝等不同形式，挖掘日常細節裡隱藏的生命層次，探討感知、時間、現實與存在的多元樣貌。是次展覽由藝術家自主合作籌備，憑藉多年累積的創作經驗與學院培育的藝術素養，建構出專屬香港當代藝術的細膩視角。
本次專訪，我們走進三位校友的創作內核，拆解作品容易被忽略的細節、分享創作路上的堅持與突破，同時回望香港藝術學院的學習歷程，如何扎根他們的創作根基，支撐他們持續深耕本土當代藝術領域。

1. 聯展不同於個人獨展，需要多位藝術家的創作共振與理念磨合。是次合作中，你們在保留個人獨立創作思維的同時，為貼合《弦外之語》整體展覽氛圍，遇到最大的挑戰是甚麼？是否為這次聯展做出了獨特的創作調整或理念突破？

M：在我們的合作過程中，最大的挑戰主要在於：如何在「保留個人獨立思維」與「反映展覽主題概念」之間取得平衡。每位藝術家都有自己既定的創作慣性與內在邏輯思維，作品之間的關係、媒介的差異、空間的分配，都是如何展示的考量的要素。
這次合作促使我從「獨立創作」、由單一自我的表達，轉化為一種更具對話性的策略，不同的敘事中讓作品不只單純地講述自己的故事，也希望在不同風格之間，仍被同一個「觀看脈絡」串連起來。理念的展現並非把主題變成標籤，而是把它落實在觀看體驗中，讓觀看者先在感受層面被帶動，以至細味當中的意涵。
在作品的處理中，我確實作出了一些整合，透過佈局、媒介與敘事節奏的微調，讓不同風格彼此呼應，形成共振。

E：與其說為了展覽刻意改變，不如說《弦外之語》是我們三位藝術家靈感的「公約數」。儘管風格迥異，這份氛圍卻自然滲透進作品，成為創作的一部分。最大的挑戰不在於妥協，而是在保有創作獨立性的同時，發現彼此理念的交集，讓三種聲音匯聚成一股流動的氛圍。

Y：是次的三人聯展，我們没有另覓一位策展人在我們當中整合和演釋故事及理念。然而，憑我們三位 artists在互相傾談的過程裡，這個 artist-led 的 approach 令我們在相對自由的空間下，可以 inspire 到一些片段式的連貫之處。

從展廳內的一張立體光柵印刷海報說起，從不同的角度去看這張海報，可以看見羽毛、鸚鵡和天使這三個影像不停地轉換，這三個可以聯想到與飛行有關的概念，隱含著我們對現實生活可以有如飛行一般的想像。

而展廳内展出的作品，阿 Miiu 對以往舊式電話的人與人溝通、Ella 對鸚鵡與鏡中影像仿如自己與自己對話的追問思考、阿元的教堂信箱紀念及收集別人向自己的安慰問話，亦有一絲對溝通理念的連結。

「結界」源於佛教概念，原本是劃定範圍、護持僧侶修行、阻隔外界紛擾與障礙的專屬區域。在香港本土文化的長期演變之下，這個詞逐漸被詮釋為迷離奇幻的靈異空間，連結著使人迷失、離散的都市傳說，如今更成為大眾日常閒談的戲用詞彙，早已脫離原本的宗教本意。

這段特殊時空裡，講師們的創作歷程與內在狀態引人探究，我們因此走進這片隱形結界，展開深度對談與梳理。交流過程中，藝術教育體系裡另一重無形的結界逐漸顯現，也就是身份角色所綁定的固有框架。這些無形的邊界，時刻制約著藝術思維的延展，也潛深影響知識傳承與創作理念的創建，值得大眾深度反思與探討。

為突破固化的身份束縛與制式教學框架，本次展覽特別邀請學院十五位藝術高級文憑講師，各自挑選一件最能體現突破常規、跳脫教學范式的作品參展，展現藝術創作不盲從的真實探索。展覽同時開放多元對話空間，誠邀學院歷屆、現屆及未來學生參與交流，共同探討藝術創作破除束縛、平等自由的無限可能，踐行藝術「冇大冇細」的純粹本質。

本次展覽重新詮釋「結 • 界」在香港藝術學院的多重內涵。它不只是一場講師創作的藝術集結，更是一次對固有規範與邊界的集體突破，同時寄寓著藝術高級文憑課程邁向全新階段的嶄新展望。

Git • Gaai | Hong Kong Art School Higher Diploma in Fine Art Lecturers' Exhibition

Originating from Buddhism, Git-gaai traditionally refers to a defined sacred zone that shelters practitioners and protects them from external distractions and obstacles. In local Hong Kong culture, the term has evolved to describe a surreal, mysterious supernatural space linked with urban tales of disorientation and unexplained disappearance. It is now commonly used as casual, playful slang in daily conversation and has departed entirely from its original spiritual definition.

Curious about our lecturers' creative journeys and experiences throughout this transitional period, we stepped into this metaphorical Git-gaai and conducted in-depth dialogues. Through these conversations, we uncovered another hidden boundary within art education: the fixed institutional framework shaped by predefined professional roles. This discovery inspired us to reflect on how invisible limitations shape artistic thinking and govern the sharing of knowledge and creative ideas.

To break free from rigid institutional identities and creative constraints, we invited our fifteen Higher Diploma in Fine Art lecturers to submit artworks that embody their most independent and unconfined creative perspectives – pieces that transcend standard academic conventions. We also welcome past, present and future students of Hong Kong Art School to join open discussions. Together, we can explore and practise the unbiased and unrestricted possibilities of artistic creation beyond hierarchical boundaries.

This exhibition re-interprets the layered meanings of Git • Gaai in the context of Hong Kong Art School. It serves as a remarkable gathering of creative works, a collective transcendence of inherent artistic and educational boundaries, and a progressive vision for the future development of the Higher Diploma in Fine Art programme.

Curated by Higher Diploma in Fine Art graduates Bowie Chan and Paul Wong, Git • Gaai will officially open this June. We sincerely invite everyone to discover the exhibition – explore art beyond established frameworks and experience the diverse creative power that exists outside conventional art education boundaries.

香港藝術學院藝術文學士二年級學員王芷媛成功獲選參與由香港天津工商專業婦女委員會主辦、青年發展委員會資助、蔡冠深慈善基金會支持的「新時代 - 港青『環渤海』實習計劃2026」！

芷媛即將在今個夏天前往天津，展開為期約一個月的實習之旅。透過親身感受中國內地城市的活力、文化與人文風貌，王芷媛將累積寶貴的實習經驗，拓展人脈，為未來的藝術生涯打下堅實基礎。

學院督導委員會主席暨香港天津工商專業婦女委員會會長蔡關頴琴女士、院長麥陳淑賢教授，與王芷媛一同於上周六（2026年5月16日）出席計劃啟動禮。活動由青年專員陳瑞緯先生, JP 主禮，一眾嘉賓共同見證計劃正式啟航。

Hong Kong Art School is delighted to celebrate our Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) Year 2 student, Wong Tsz Wun for being selected to take part in the “New Era - Hong Kong Youth ‘Bohai Rim’ Internship Programme 2026”, organised by the Hong Kong Tianjin Business and Professional Women Association, funded by the Youth Development Commission, and supported by the Jonathan KS Choi Foundation.

This summer, Tsz Wun will head to Tianjin for a month of internship experience. Through firsthand exposure to the vitality, culture, and everyday life of a Mainland city, she will gain valuable workplace experience, broaden her network, and build a strong foundation for her future artistic career.

Mrs. Janice Choi, Chairperson of Hong Kong Art School Council and President of the Hong Kong Tianjin Business and Professional Women Association, Prof. Barley Mak, School Director of Hong Kong Art School, and Wong Tsz Wun attended the programme launch ceremony on 16 May 2026. The event was officiated by Mr. Chan Sui Wai, Eric, JP, Commissioner for Youth, and brought together guests to witness the official launch of the programme.

At Hong Kong Art School, students are always encouraged to step beyond the classroom and into the world. This internship programme offers a valuable opportunity to connect art learning with real-world experience, explore diverse cultures and rapid development beyond the Greater Bay Area, and bring fresh inspiration and broader perspectives into future creative practice.

【《風景志》—— 一場關於記憶、情感與內心世界的攝影及繪畫展覽正式開幕| The Landscape as Chronicle – A Photography & Painting Exhibition on Memory, Emotion and the Inner World Official Launch】

走進現場，解讀風景與心靈的獨特對話。風景從不只是一片山水、一道光影，它更是心靈的映照、記憶的載體，亦是我們與世界對話的方式。

歷經籌備，香港藝術學院全新學員創作展覽《風景志》現已正式開幕。是次展覽集結四位來自藝術高級文憑及藝術文學士課程的攝影與繪畫學員，透過多元的創作視角，帶來對「風景」的全新思考，打破大眾對風景創作的固有框架。

展覽將風景視為一種視覺方法、心理結構，亦承載着記憶與情感。當人們欣賞風景時，光線與空間不單觸動身心，更塑造出每個人專屬的觀看方式。每一道光影、每一處空間層次，都在牽動觀者的感知，讓觀看從被動接收，轉化為主動的體驗與思考。

風景一旦進入記憶，便脫離原有的地理脈絡，轉化為獨特的生命敘事，成為我們理解自身與世界關係的重要媒介。與此同時，風景亦滲進心理與想像的層面。參展學生透過細膩的色彩鋪陳與畫面構圖，將抽象的情緒、思想與內在狀態視覺化，使尋常風景成為心靈活動的象徵空間。

在《風景志》的創作脈絡下，風景不再是單純的自然再現，而是情感、記憶與主體經驗交織而成的溫柔場域，展現當代年輕藝術家觀看、感受與思考世界的新方式。

【《風景志》：一場關於記憶、情感與內心世界的攝影及繪畫展覽 | The Landscape as Chronicle – A Photography & Painting Exhibition on Memory, Emotion and Inner Worlds】 #培育藝能

風景從不只是眼前的山水光影，更是心靈的映照、記憶的載體，也是我們與世界對話的方式。
《風景志》呈現香港藝術學院藝術高級文憑與藝術文學士課程中，四位攝影與繪畫學員對「風景」的多重思考。此次展覽將風景視為一種視覺方法、心理結構，亦是記憶與情感的展現。人們欣賞風景時，光線與空間不單讓大家身與心有所感受，同時亦塑造出一套觀賞方式。

當風景進入記憶，它脫離原有的地理脈絡，轉化為個人敘事，是主體理解自身與世界關係的方式。風景亦同時滲進心理與想像的層面，透過色彩與構圖的轉化，作品呈現情緒、思想與內在狀況，使風景成為心靈活動的象徵性空間。在此脈絡下，風景不再是自然外貌的再現，而是情感、記憶與主體經驗交織而成的場域，成為觀看、感受與思考世界的方式。

【香港藝術學院會見中國圓明園學會代表—共探合作方向| Explores Collaboration with Yuanmingyuan Society of China】 #培育藝能

香港藝術學院在2026年4月24日會見中國圓明園學會代表，包括監事會主席劉俊岩先生、常務副會長兼悉書長周早林先生、學術委員會委員尹秀榮女士、理事黎永強先生及理事梁穎雯女士，就未來雙方合作方向進行深入交流。

香港藝術學院院長麥陳淑賢教授及藝術文學士課程統籌尹子聰先生，熱烈歡迎來訪團。麥教授表示期望與學會加強合作，共同推動文化藝術人才培育及內地與香港藝術教育交流。會上，學院介紹了其發展概況及課程特色：多年來開辦藝術高級文憑及藝術文學士等課程，強調工作室為本教學，涵蓋陶藝、繪畫、攝影及雕塑等範疇，培育具專業視野的藝術人才。

中國圓明園學會代表分享了學會在香港的發展規劃。雙方探討文化藝術人才培育、學術研究交流及研學實踐合作等範疇，冀透過多方交流，促進中國內地與香港藝術教育及文化研究的聯繫與發展。

香港藝術學院期望未來與更多文化機構建立合作平台，結合學術、創作與文化實踐，推動更深層次的藝術與文化交流。

The Hong Kong Art School (HKAS) met with the representative of the Yuanmingyuan Society of China to discuss future cooperation opportunities on 24 April 2026.

Professor Barley Mak, the School Director of Hong Kong Art School, together with Mr Simon Wan, Programme Coordinator of the Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art), warmly welcomed the delegation. Professor Mak expressed hopes to strengthen collaboration with the Society to jointly promote cultural and artistic talent development, as well as arts education exchange between Mainland China and Hong Kong. During the meeting, HKAS introduced its development overview and programme highlights: the School offers the Higher Diploma in Fine Art and Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) programmes with a studio-based teaching approach, covering Ceramics, Painting, Photography, and Sculpture to nurture artists with professional vision.

The Yuanmingyuan Society shared its development plans in Hong Kong. Both sides explored collaboration in cultural and artistic talent development, academic research exchange, and study-tour practice, aiming to promote arts education and cultural research between Mainland China and Hong Kong.

HKAS looks forward to building meaningful partnerships that connect academic learning with cultural heritage and contemporary practice.
