✨Feeling so energized by my Positive Intelligence Workshop last week! Together with a full house of curious and engaged participants, we dug into our top Saboteurs and uncovered the underlying natural strengths that got abused and reinforced over time to help us “survive”. We also explored the negative impact of the Saboteurs on our performance, relationships, and wellbeing. There were certainly some reflective and eye opening moments for the participants!

Most importantly, everyone got to learn that there’s a simple and practical system they can implement to quiet those Saboteurs and let their Sage (the positive, clear-headed, focused part of their mind) shine through!

Mental resilience is our capacity to respond to life’s challenges with positive, clear, and focused mindset instead of being derailed by stress, negativity, or self-doubt. Many believe this is easier said than done. With Positive Intelligence, there is a simple and practical path towards building the mental resilience we desire to support us to achieve our full potential!💪🏼🔥💜

🔍Humans are creatures of habit. Without actively engaging ourselves, we tend to live life by default. This “comfort zone” gives us safety and certainty. Nothing wrong with that you’d think? Think again… While there are definitely varying degrees of safety and certainty we all need and seek, there are real risks to our wellness and longevity when we no longer venture out of our comfort zones.🚫

🌟The key to active aging is active living, which means to live life intentionally, rather than by default. Does this require a lot of effort? Oh yes it does! Is it worth the effort? Absolutely!!🙌🏼

🎉I can think of no greater fulfilment in life than to be able to grow yourself everyday and to create the kind of positive impact on others that truly align with your essence.💜
