🧃走進飲品工場 探索食品製造之旅🔍
為了讓幼兒親身觀察及探索飲品的製作過程，本園日前安排低班學生參觀飲品工場！🏭✨
在導賞員的帶領下，小朋友們一步步認識飲品的生產流程——從菌種培養、發酵、混合、包裝到冷藏，整個過程充滿知識與趣味🥼🧴。
孩子們看得津津有味，不時舉手發問，對食品製造的每一個細節都充滿好奇！透過這次實地考察，他們不僅學習到食品安全的重要性，也更懂得珍惜每一口食物，養成健康的飲食習慣💪🥗。
感謝工作人員的熱情接待與詳細解說，讓孩子們在真實情境中學習成長🌱。

🧃 Journey into the Drink Factory: Exploring the Food-Making Process 🔍
To help our children observe and explore how drink is made firsthand, our kindergarten recently arranged a visit for the K2 students to the Drink Factory! 🏭✨
Guided by the tour staff, the children learned the drinks production process step by step—from culturing microorganisms, fermentation, mixing, packaging, to refrigeration. The entire process was both informative and fun 🥼🧴.
The children watched with great interest, frequently raising their hands to ask questions and showing curiosity about every detail of food production. Through this hands-on field trip, they not only learned the importance of food safety, but also understood how to cherish every bite and develop healthy eating habits 💪🥗.
We would like to thank the staff for their warm reception and detailed explanations, helping the children learn and grow in real-life settings 🌱.

📸小小訪問員✏️
為配合繪本《蘇小鴨去旅行》的主題教學📖，高班小朋友跟著蘇小鴨的腳步👣，走訪了尖沙咀星光大道📍，感受香港名勝的魅力✨，更化身成「校園小記者」📸，主動運用不同的語言💡，與來自世界各地的遊客打招呼和進行訪問🗣️。透過學習體驗🏵️，小朋友展現了卓越的語言能力👍🏻，亦大大增強了與人溝通的自信心🫶🏻！

📸 Little Reporters in Action ✏️
As part of the thematic learning activities inspired by the picture book “Little Duck Su Goes Travelling” 📖, our K3 children followed in Little Duck Su’s footsteps 👣 on a visit to the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui 📍, where they experienced the unique charm of one of Hong Kong’s most iconic landmarks ✨.

The children also took on the role of “Little Campus Reporters” 📸, confidently using different languages 💡 to greet and interview visitors from around the world 🗣️. Through this meaningful hands-on learning experience 🏵️, they showcased impressive language skills 👍🏻 while building greater confidence in communicating with others 🫶🏻!

早前高班小朋友化身成「瀕危物種拯救隊」，前往螢火蟲生態教育廳展開了一場探索旅程！🧩 我們不把知識局限在書本裏，而是讓孩子走進真實世界，實踐芬蘭教育的*「現象式學習 (Phenomenon-based learning)」*，透過生動的影片、激發創意的圖工，還有最令小朋友興奮的——與動物近距離互動！🤩
芬蘭教育相信*「玩樂就是幼兒的工作」*。小朋友在輕鬆、充滿好奇心的氛圍下自主探索，不僅收穫了滿滿的自然生態知識📖，更在心中悄悄種下了愛護大自然、尊重生命的溫暖種子🌱。當他們學會愛護環境，就學會了對未來負責。🫶🏻

Our K3 children recently stepped out of the traditional classroom and into the Firefly Ecological Education Centre, transforming into the "Endangered Species Rescue Team"! 🧩
Embracing the Finnish approach of Phenomenon-based Learning, we encourage children to explore real-world topics. Through captivating videos, creative arts, and joyful, hands-on encounters with live animals 🤩, learning became an exciting adventure of discovery! 👍🏻
In Finland, play is considered a child's most important work. By learning through play, our little explorers didn't just absorb environmental knowledge 📖—they developed empathy, a deep respect for all living things 🦋, and a genuine love for protecting our beautiful planet. 🌱
