從升旗的自豪、長城的堅韌，到圓明園的沉痛教訓，這趟旅程讓我們明白：唯有國家強大，民族才能擁有尊嚴。

Students waited at Tiananmen Square and witnessed the raising of the five-star red flag. The ceremony was solemn, filling us with a spontaneous sense of pride! Next, the students challenged themselves by climbing the Badaling Great Wall, experiencing the grandeur and resilience of this ancient defense system amidst the towering mountains. Finally, we stepped into the ruins of Yuanmingyuan, where the broken walls and historical debris made us deeply feel the pain of past weakness and foreign aggression.From the pride of the flag-raising and the resilience of the Great Wall to the painful lessons of Yuanmingyuan, this journey taught us a vital truth: only with a strong nation can a people possess dignity.

青海交流團的第六天，同學們前往青海原子城一分廠及青海原子城紀念館參觀，追尋第一顆原子彈與氫彈的誕生歷程，深刻感受「兩彈一星」的偉大精神。在展館中，同學們切身領悟到老一輩科研工作者在極端艱苦的環境下，「幹驚天動地事，做隱姓埋名人」的愛國情懷與無私奉獻。午後，行程轉往洛桑牧場，大家在一望無際的遼闊草原上，一邊品嚐道地的牧民午餐，一邊體驗純樸的牧民風俗。隨後，一行人來到馬鈴薯高山試驗站，實地學習高原馬鈴薯育種面臨的挑戰與尖端科研技術。今天的行程不僅讓同學們盡覽高原的壯麗風光，更帶來了一場歷史與科技的深度洗禮，讓大家在多元文化的交融中拓寬了視野，留下了無比充實的精彩回憶。

On the sixth day of the Qinghai tour, students visited the First Branch Factory of Qinghai Atomic City and the Qinghai Atomic City Memorial Museum, tracing the development of China's first atomic and hydrogen bombs and deeply feeling the great spirit of "Two Bombs, One Satellite." In the exhibition halls, the students gained a profound understanding of the patriotism and selfless dedication of the older generation of scientific researchers who, under extremely harsh conditions, "did earth-shattering work while remaining unsung heroes." In the afternoon, the itinerary took them to Luosang Ranch, where everyone enjoyed an authentic herder's lunch and experienced simple pastoral customs on the vast, endless grassland. Afterward, the group arrived at the Alpine Potato Experiment Station to learn firsthand about the challenges and cutting-edge technologies involved in plateau potato breeding. Today's itinerary not only allowed the students to fully take in the magnificent plateau scenery, but also brought a profound baptism of history and technology, broadening their horizons through the blending of diverse cultures and leaving them with incredibly fulfilling and wonderful memories.

Five students from our school took part in the 22nd "Return Cup" Table Tennis Tournament organized by the Heung To Middle School Alumni Association. They played friendly matches and exchanged skills with alumni and students from Heung To Middle School and Heung To Secondary School (Tseung Kwan O). On the court, the students gave their all, demonstrating excellent fighting spirit and teamwork.

天水圍香島中學師生展開了一場知行合一的體驗之旅。
先到天壇，實地體驗從祈年殿「天圓地方」的東方美學，到回音壁的聲學巧思、圜丘台的九進制禮制設計，同學們在走訪中驚歎古人的建築智慧。
午膳在大江胡同，穿梭於老北京胡同的縱橫肌理中，並在街巷間品嚐地道美食，感受北京的烟火氣息。
下午步入世界遺產故宮博物院，近距離欣賞全球最大的木結構皇家建築群，感悟明清歷史與中華建築美學。
這次寶貴的實地學習，讓師生們在親身體驗中體會到中華文化的博大精深，文化自豪感油然而生。
Teachers and students from Heung To Middle School (Tin Shui Wai) embarked on an experiential journey that integrated knowledge with practice.They first visited the Temple of Heaven. From the Oriental aesthetics of "round heaven and square earth" at the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests to the acoustic ingenuity of the Echo Wall and the numerical symbolism of nines at the Circular Mound Altar, the students marvelled at the architectural wisdom of ancient people during their field trip.They had lunch at Dajiang Hutong, where they wandered through the crisscrossing landscape of old Beijing's narrow alleys, tasted authentic local delicacies along the streets, and experienced the lively, everyday vibe of Beijing.In the afternoon, they stepped into the Palace Museum, a World Heritage site, to admire the world’s largest complex of wooden royal buildings up close and to grasp the history of the Ming and Qing dynasties alongside Chinese architectural aesthetics.This invaluable field study allowed the teachers and students to appreciate the breadth and depth of Chinese culture through personal experience, fostering a spontaneous sense of cultural pride.

On the fifth day of the Qinghai tour, students visited China's largest lake, Qinghai Lake, where they can also see the lake's unique Naked Carp (Huangyu). In the afternoon, the group moved on to the Przewalski's Gazelle Conservation Base, where they learned about the conservation stories of this Grade I national key protected wild animal and enjoyed close contact with plateau animals. Afterward, everyone arrived at Dayu Tribal Village on the Jinyintan Grassland to experience Tibetan folk customs. The students changed into splendid traditional Tibetan attire and engaged in warm, lively exchanges with local youths. Students from both regions actively shared insights into their daily lives and cultural differences, deepening their understanding of diverse cultures amidst laughter and joy. After the banquet, everyone held hands and danced around a roaring bonfire, bringing the atmosphere to a climax and further strengthening their friendship.

隨後的傳統藝術體驗別開生面。在著名書法家悉心指導下，同學們揮毫潑墨，感受中國文字的美。在紮染與拓印實踐中，同學們親手染出別具個性的作品，又印刻下專屬的文化記憶。同學們在活動中領略了中華傳統藝術的獨特魅力。

Teachers and students from Heung To Middle School (Tin Shui Wai) conducted an exchange activity at Beijing Yangzhen No. 1 Middle School. Following an exchange of school souvenirs, the event proceeded to an ice-breaking session where students from both regions presented thoughtful gifts to one another. Through self-introductions and talent performances, they quickly narrowed the distance between them, allowing the seeds of friendship to quietly blossom amidst laughter and joy.The subsequent traditional art experience was uniquely engaging. Under the meticulous guidance of renowned calligraphers, students wielded their brushes and splashed ink, experiencing the beauty of Chinese characters. In the tie-dye and rubbing workshops, they personally crafted highly individualized pieces, imprinting their own exclusive cultural memories. Through these activities, the students fully appreciated the unique charm of excellent traditional Chinese arts.

參與百萬青年看祖國——「香港青年大美青海行」的同學已順利抵達西寧。入境時，同學們受到熱烈歡迎，當地特意送上紀念品並獻上藏族傳統絲巾「哈達」以表祝福。隨後，同學們出席了歡迎晚宴，其中3E班的李昌霖及王語萱同學更代表我校，與其他學校代表一同合唱《海闊天空》，氣氛高漲。宴席間，當地的青海小學生熱情地與我校學生交流，並送上精美的當地明信片，為這趟精彩的青海之旅揭開了美好的序幕。

Students participating in the Qinghai tour have successfully arrived in Xining. Upon arrival, they received a warm welcome complete with souvenirs and "Khata"—traditional Tibetan silk scarves given as a gesture of blessing. Afterward, the students attended a welcoming banquet. Li Changlin and Wang Yuxuan from Class 3E represented our school in a joint singing performance with participants from other schools, driving the crowd's enthusiasm to a high point. During the banquet, local primary students from Qinghai warmly interacted with our students and gifted them beautiful local postcards, raising the curtain on this spectacular journey.
