The first 2 km was all grit — cold, early, and mostly running.
He was tired, but he didn’t stop. He kept pushing forward.
The last 2 km was full of fun bouncy obstacles and tons of foam.
The best is yet to come!
Never give up and you will be rewarded.

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. As a foreigner, there is not much I can speak for it. However, it should be more than "Yeah, it is a day off". It should be time to explore the rich and diverse cultures, voices, experiences and histories of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

I love to connect with my family through yoga.
Yoga is more than just asanas (poses). It is part of life.
- Is "Slow down & take 5 deep breaths" yoga or an everyday coping skill?
- When you teach children to be kind to others and themselves, are you trying to teach them Ahimsa (one of the Yamas from "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" Which translates as "non-violence") OR simple kindness?
