PLKCTSLPS-PTA 保良局陳守仁小學家長教師會

家教會向來重視學生的餐飲質量，並積極鼓勵家長更多了解學校的午膳安排。為此，我們於上週二舉行了本學年第三次的「午餐試食」活動，讓家長親身體驗午餐供應商（飯商）的食品質素及了解其製作過程。

當日共有十五位來自小一至小五的家長參與試食，現場從飯商的餐車中抽取數盒當日的五款午餐（A、B、C、G及N餐）以作試食。飯商代表即場講解飯盒的製作流程、選用材料、烹煮方式及調味方法，讓家長詳細了解學生膳食的材料來源及相關的法規要求。家教會於試食後亦即時收集家長的意見與建議，確保家長的聲音能直接反饋予飯商，共同提升午膳質素。

家教會感謝家長抽空參與。期望下一個學年能舉辦更多午餐試食活動，覆蓋更多班級的家長及同學，敬請密切留意稍後公佈。

The PTA has always placed great importance on the quality of student meals and actively encourages parents to learn more about the school’s lunch arrangements. To this end, we held our third “Lunch Tasting” event of the school year last Tuesday, allowing parents to personally experience the food quality provided by our lunch supplier and gain a better understanding of their meal preparation process.

On the day, fifteen parents from P1 to P5 participated in the tasting. Several lunch boxes featuring the day’s five meal options (Set A, B, C, G, and N) were selected directly from the supplier’s delivery cart for sampling. A representative from the lunch supplier explained the meal preparation process, including ingredient selection, cooking methods, and seasoning techniques, giving parents a clear understanding of food sources and relevant regulatory requirements. After the tasting, the PTA collected parents’ feedback and suggestions on the spot, ensuring that their input could be directly communicated to the supplier to further enhance lunch quality.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all participating parents for taking the time to join us. The PTA looks forward to organizing more lunch tasting events in the coming school year, with opportunities extended to parents and students from a wider range of grade levels. 五月二日是我校一年一度的大日子 – 學校年度開放日🎊

今年吸引超過一萬一千多人次入場，校園每個角落人頭湧湧、熱鬧非凡。全日節目與展覽精彩紛呈，令人目不暇給、流連忘返。

一如既往，家教會在禮堂設置多個活動攤位，由早到晚人流不斷，現場充滿歡笑與孩子們的驚喜尖叫！

家教會籌備活動亮點：
👉🏻以學校主題「From Me To You」設計的四位角色造型印水貼紙，可愛吸晴，孩子們紛紛貼滿手臂和小臉，開心地到處展示！

👉🏻義賣圖書區: 開放日前收集家長們捐贈二手優質好書，以親民價格讓家長帶回家，延續孩子的閱讀熱情。

👉🏻DIY 手工永生苔蘚花畫: 當日最受歡迎的活動之一！�
小朋友可以自由選擇不同顏色的永生苔蘚、乾燥花材和小飾物，在精美的相框裡親手拼出屬於自己的立體花畫。從構圖、黏貼到完成，每一步都充滿專注與成就感。不少家長亦與孩子一起動手，完成一幅幅色彩繽紛，充滿童趣的作品，成為珍貴而長久的親子回憶。

👉🏻「故事爸媽時間」吸引不少家庭駐足，大朋友與小朋友一同沉浸於溫暖動人的故事之中。

May 2nd was our school's biggest day of the year — the Annual Open Day 🎊

This year, we welcomed over 11,000 visitors! Every corner of the campus was bustling with energy and excitement. The full-day lineup of exciting programs and exhibitions was truly dazzling, leaving everyone captivated and reluctant to leave.

As always, the PTA set up multiple activity booths in the hall. From morning to evening, crowds kept coming, and the air was filled with laughter and the joyful squeals of children!

PTA Activity Highlights:

👉🏻 "From Me To You" Water Tattoos
Designed with four character styles based on our school theme, these adorable water tattoos were a big hit! Children eagerly placed them on their arms and faces, proudly showing them off wherever they went.

👉🏻 Reading Corner Book Bazaar:
Collect used high-quality books donated by parents before the opening day, a selection of quality books at irresistible prices, allowing parents to bring home wonderful reads and nurture their children's love of reading.

👉🏻 DIY Preserved Moss Flower Art – One of the most popular activities of the day!
Children could freely choose from different colors of preserved moss, dried flowers, and small decorative pieces to create their own three-dimensional flower art in beautifully framed displays. From design and arrangement to gluing and completion, every step was filled with focus and a strong sense of accomplishment. Many parents joined in, working together with their children to create vibrant, whimsical pieces—lasting keepsakes of precious family memories.

👉🏻 “Storytelling Parent Time”
This activity drew many families and enjoy the warm, engaging stories together—a delightful experience for both the young and the young at heart.

We also extend our gratitude to the school for giving the PTA ample opportunity to contribute, allowing us to bring meaningful interaction and wonderful memories to our school community.

In addition, the specially designed Earth-pattern metal bookmarks—created for the Reading Corner Book Fair have been distributed to all students and participating parent volunteers 🌍 We hope these small tokens will accompany our children as they explore the wider world through reading.

🌿 TSL家教會《育兒同行者系列》之《真·傾偈 培訓課程》☕

繼今年2月黃明樂小姐帶同數十位受過專業聆聽訓練的 chatters 與我校家長們進行「真・傾偈」，細聽大家分享生活點滴與快樂時刻後，這次她更將 Life Coaching 的核心理念及基礎技巧，轉化為日常「真・傾偈」的實踐，為家長帶來進階培訓，讓大家有機會親身體驗並即場練習，學習建立有效的對話、增進同理心，培養鼓勵別人分享的熱情，啟發更多人生的可能。

透過兩天的培訓，課堂以深入淺出的講解和小組練習，家長們已經初步掌握到《真·傾偈 》的重點元素，學習內容包括：

• 如何進行無前設的聆聽，投入到分享者的感受（Actual Listening）

• 以不批判的陪伴，耐心引領分享者延續話題的技巧（Non-Judgmental Presence）

• 以及提出具啟發性的提問，令分享者得以整理思緒，從中找到更多的可能（Powerful Questioning）

經過受訓的家長, 不但在生活上學以致用，日後更會為本校的家長進行「真・傾偈」，期望有更多家長得以受惠, 延續 ”分享快樂” 的正向思維。

🌿 Coffee with Strangers – Chatters Training ☕

Following the session in February, when Ms. Wong Ming Lok brought along dozens of trained chatters to engage our parents in a “Coffee with Strangers” chatting, sharing their everyday experiences and joyful moments, she has once again returned. This time, she brings along the core concepts and fundamental skills of Life Coaching into practical applications for our parents an advanced training program.

Through this program, parents had the opportunity to experience and practise firsthand, learning how to conduct effective conversations, enhance empathy, foster a genuine enthusiasm for encouraging others to share, and unlock more possibilities in life.

Over the two days of training, through clear and accessible explanations alongside group exercises, parents gained an initial understanding of the key elements of “Coffee with Strangers.”

The learning content included:

• How to engage in listening without preconceptions and fully connect with the speaker’s feelings (Actual Listening)

• How to accompany others with a non-judgmental presence and patiently guide them to continue sharing (Non-Judgmental Presence)

• How to ask powerful, thought-provoking questions that help speakers organize their thoughts and discover new possibilities (Powerful Questioning)

Trained parents will not only apply these skills in their daily lives but will also go on to facilitate “Coffee with Strangers” sessions for other parents in our school. It is hoped that more parents will benefit, carrying forward the positive belief in “sharing joy.”

🌿 家教會親子旅行日2026 🌿

本年度家教會親子旅行日已於上星期日，在陽光普照的好天氣下圓滿舉行！今年家教會帶大家前往元朗小白兔農莊，合共800位家長和小朋友一同參加，齊齊走進大自然，享受了一個充滿笑聲和歡樂的親子日。

早上，參加者於學校集合，13部旅遊巴整齊排列，家長和小朋友興奮地登車。今年家教會特別為車程精心準備了豐富的抽獎節目，包括遊戲券、雪糕券、飲品券及工作坊禮券，更特別訂製印有「Camõesian」字樣的晴雨傘作為紀念品。車長進行抽獎時，車廂內歡呼聲與掌聲此起彼落，氣氛熱鬧非凡。

到達小白兔農莊後，小朋友見到可愛的小動物即時興奮起來，一起追逐嬉戲、餵飼動物、探索大自然，笑聲不斷。家長們也暫時放下忙碌工作，陪伴孩子跑跳玩樂、拍照留念、輕鬆傾談，享受難得的親子時光。

今年除了代訂的午餐盒外，亦增設了BBQ午餐區，大家一起動手烤肉，香氣四溢；另外還有雪花酥工作坊及 Brownie 工作坊，家長和小朋友一同合作製作甜點，過程溫馨又有趣，場內笑聲與甜點香氣交織在一起，氣氛非常愉快。

這次旅行不單止是一次遊樂活動，更是一個拉近親子距離、加強家校聯繫的難忘體驗。800位參加者在大自然中創造了許多美好回憶。

「一家人，一起走。」這句話在這一天感受特別深刻。小朋友玩得開心盡興，爸媽也重拾輕鬆自在。這次親子旅行，讓我們再次體會到 Work hard, play hard 的真諦——平日努力學習，週末盡情與家人同樂。這一天，我們都是最幸福的家庭！

衷心感謝所有參加的家長和小朋友，也特別鳴謝義務擔任車長工作的家長義工。多謝大家同心協力，令這次大型活動得以順利完成，滿載愛與回憶而歸。期待明年再一起出發！

🌿PTA Picnic 2026 🌿

This year's PTA Picnic was successfully held last Sunday under bright and sunny weather! This year, we took 800 parents and children to Bunny Wonderland in Yuen Long for a fun-filled day in nature.

The day began with everyone gathering at school, where 13 tour buses were ready to set off. To make the bus ride even more exciting, the PTA prepared lucky draw prizes including game coupons, ice cream vouchers, drink vouchers, and workshop vouchers.

A specially customized umbrella printed with “Camõesian” was also given as a souvenir. With our parent volunteers hosting the lucky draw on board, the buses were full of cheers and laughter.

Arriving the venue, the children were thrilled to meet the adorable animals, run around, feed them, and explore the outdoors. Parents also enjoyed precious time with their children, taking photos, chatting, and making happy memories together.

This year, in addition to the pre-ordered lunch boxes, we also arranged a BBQ lunch area, where everyone enjoyed grilling food together. Snowflake crisp and brownie workshops added even more fun, as parents and children worked side by side to make sweet treats.

More than just a day out, this trip was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen family bonds and home-school connections. Thank you to all the parents and children who joined us, and especially to our parent volunteers who served as bus captains and helped make the event run smoothly.

We look forward to another joyful trip next year! 💛

📚RC x Easter Egg Bookmark Hunt

Camõesians 動靜皆宜，不僅活潑好動，更熱愛閱讀。

學校為培養同學們的閱讀習慣，於逢星期一、三、五的小息時段，設有由家教會主辦的「閱讀角」活動。家長義工陪伴學生一起閱讀心愛的書籍，更設儲分卡換領獎勵小禮物的機制，深受Camõesians 和家長歡迎。

為迎接即將來臨的復活節，閱讀角於上週首次舉辦「RC x Easter Egg Bookmark Hunt」活動。我們特別準備了限量訂製的復活蛋造型金屬書簽，讓Camõesians 於閱讀後換領；同場更贈送可愛的小朱古力復活蛋。一連兩天的特別活動，令閱讀角氣氛熱鬧非凡，歡笑聲此起彼落。

📚RC x Easter Egg Bookmark Hunt

Camõesians are not only energetic and active but also passionate readers, truly the best of both worlds.

To nurture students' reading habits, the Reading Corner, organised by the PTA, is held during morning breaks every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Parent volunteers join the students in reading their favourite books, and a reward system using a point-collecting card makes the experience even more engaging. This initiative has been warmly welcomed by both Camõesians and parents alike.

In celebration of the upcoming Easter, the Reading Corner launched its very first "RC x Easter Egg Bookmark Hunt" last week. We prepared specially customised metal bookmarks in the shape of Easter eggs, which Camõesians could redeem after reading. To add to the fun, we also gave out adorable chocolate Easter eggs. Over the two days of this special event, the Reading Corner was filled with lively energy and laughter.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parent volunteers for your enthusiastic support and help! We hope that this Easter, Camõesians will continue to find joy and grow through the Reading Corner～ 🐰🥚📖

🌿 TSL PTA "Parenting Partners Series" – Coffee with Strangers

Life always seems to rush by, and before we know it, exam week is just around the corner. How long has it been since we last sat down quietly for a heartfelt conversation?

Do you ever feel tired or overwhelmed, yet can’t seem to find a safe space to speak your mind?

Do you worry that sharing your emotions might somehow burden those around you?

Last Saturday, the PTA specially invited Ms. Wong Ming-lok and a team of professionally trained volunteers, the Chatters, to offer parents a truly high-quality listening and companionship experience 💛.

This is a listening without judgment or assumptions.
Whether you want to share a small moment of joy from your day or the heartfelt ups and downs of walking alongside your child as they grow,
this group of kind strangers, people you’ve never met, will listen with full attention and embrace whatever you bring.

No pressure, no judgment, no worries about what others might think.
Here, you’re free to pour out whatever’s on your heart.

👩‍🍳 Camões Little chef X STEAM Week

當長城遇上 STEAM——今年我校的「STEAM活動週」迎來了一場別具創意的跨界合作，以中國經典地標「萬里長城」為主題，融合美術與數學元素，讓全校學生化身小小建築師與藝術家！

每位學生用心繪畫出屬於自己的兩塊「磚頭」，再於地下三號操場搭建出一座獨一無二的「Camõesians版長城」！小息時，大家還能穿梭其中，欣賞各式各樣的中國風布置，既富教育意義又充滿趣味，沉浸感十足！

而家教會的Camões Little Chef 亦全力響應，特別製作以長城為主題的「紅豆糯米糍」！軟糯Q彈的糯米皮，包裹着綿密香甜的紅豆蓉，造型更模仿長城蜿蜒起伏的形態，每一口都嚐到文化與心思的融合，讓全校師生在味蕾上「走一趟長城」！

感謝各位家長義工的鼎力協助，今次活動週不僅促進了跨學科學習，更透過家校合作，營造出溫暖的學習氛圍。

期待下一次STEAM之旅，繼續同孩子們一齊探索、創造、發光發亮！

When the Great Wall met STEAM, our school's "STEAM Activity Week" welcomed a uniquely creative cross-disciplinary collaboration this year. Centered around the classic Chinese landmark, the "Great Wall," it integrated elements of art and mathematics, turning every student into a little architect and artist!

Each student carefully design their own two "bricks," which were then assembled into a one-of-a-kind "Great Wall of the Camõesians" in CP3. During recess, everyone could wander through it, admiring the various Chinese-style decorations. It was both educational and incredibly fun, offering a truly immersive experience!

The PTA's Camões Little Chef also fully supported the event by specially creating "Red Bean Glutinous Rice Dumplings" themed around the Great Wall! The soft, chewy glutinous rice skin wrapped around a dense and sweet red bean paste. The shape even mimicked the winding, undulating form of the Little Great Wall. With every bite, everyone could taste the blend of culture and creativity, allowing all Camõesians to metaphorically "walk along the Great Wall" with their taste buds!

A huge thank you to all the parent volunteers for their tremendous assistance. This event not only promoted interdisciplinary learning but also, through home-school collaboration, fostered a warm and enriching learning atmosphere.
