生育無「憂」— 如何提升女性生育心理健康

許多女性在生育旅程中都會面臨各種壓力，礙於個人、家庭及社會等因素，她們往往較少主動尋求協助。最近一項研究發現，對於有生育問題的女性，如多囊卵巢綜合症、不育及流產等，超過四成出現情緒困擾、焦慮和抑鬱等心理健康問題。然而， 五成以上並沒有尋求專業的幫助，情況值得關注。

在生育旅程中，如何了解自己或伴侶的心理狀況？有甚麼風險因素需要留意？如何找到合適自己的方法去照顧精神健康？若曾經歷生育的「心理損傷」事件，如不育，甚或流產，當事人或伴侶又應如何面對？家人及朋友，又可以扮演怎樣的角色？

講座目的:
• 認識與生育相關的風險因素
• 了解自己或伴侶在生育旅程中的心理狀況
• 學習如何應對與生育相關心理壓力及照顧精神健康

Journey to Wellness: Understanding and Nurturing Women’s Reproductive Mental Health

Women face various pressures during their fertility journey, they may be reluctant to seek help due to personal, family, and societal factors. A recent study found that over 40% of women with fertility issues such as polycystic o***y syndrome, infertility, and miscarriage experience emotional distress, anxiety, and depression. However, more than 50% do not seek professional help which is concerning.

How can one understand their own or partner's emotional state in this fertility journey? What risk factors should we be aware of? What is the best way I can take care of my mental health? If you have experienced psychological trauma related to fertility, such as infertility or miscarriage, how can you and your partner cope? What roles can family members and friends play in this journey?

The purpose of this public talk is to address the following issues during fertility journey:
• Identifying the pressures, psychological challenges, and risk factors
• Understanding one’s own or their partner’s psychological well-being
• Sharing ways to care for mental health

Professor Chen has extensive research, teaching, and clinical experiences in psychiatric field for over 20 years. In Hong Kong, Professor Chen serves as the convener of the Hospital Authority's "Early Assessment Service for Young People with Psychosis (EASY)" programme, convener of the University of Hong Kong's Psychosis Studies and Intervention (PSI), director of the Jockey Club Early Psychosis Project, and chairman of the Early Psychosis Foundation.

Professor Chan is a professor in the Social Work and Social Administration Department at the University of Hong Kong and the principal investigator of the Jockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care Project. She has been engaging in practical research on families and health for over 20 years and is a leader in fertility psychological counselling services in Hong Kong.

About the Project
Jockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care Project jointly collaborated with the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association Family Wellness Centre and Caritas-Hong Kong Grace Port-Caritas Miscarriage Support Centre. The project is funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, this envisions developing seamless integrated care for bereaved couples from hospitals to the community with online and in-person support and aims to render holistic psychosocial support for bereaved couples to go through the grief over pregnancy loss.

人生，就是一趟旅程 ，沿途遇到的人和事構成了當中的風景。
途中，每個人都經歷悲歡離合的人生課題。
照片，把途中的風景紀錄下來，也凝聚當刻的思緒和情感。
當下，在照片中，探索心靈、陪伴和面對自己心的需要。
本次講座將邀請「心呼吸」創辦人常霖法師，透過照片，陪伴我們一同探索自己的內心，學習面對悲傷與失去，在這一刻與自我重新連結，重拾內心的自在。

常霖法師
俗名葉青霖，出家前為香港著名專業攝影師，香港理工學院（今理工大學）設計系畢業，在2009年放下俗世的名與利，到台灣跟隨果如法師座下，於2010年剃度出家。法師接觸攝影經驗超過50年，作品常見於各類傳媒及展覽，亦經常出版免費結緣的攝影及生活禪修專集，分享他的攝影和修行心得。近年經常以輕鬆易懂，融合生活藝術的方式帶領禪修活動，更創立「心呼吸」慈善機構，希望幫助多些人活出自在的人生。

“攝影．療癒”-藝術與身心的連繫

藝術對於大眾來說似乎遙不可及，對藝術作品的認知往往也容易停留在外觀的「美」。但你曾否想過，藝術其實就在我們的日常生活當中，我們可以透過藝術，走進自己或他人的內心世界，並在創作的過程中抒發和表達自己的情感，從而療癒身心。

是次講座，我們將探討如何透過攝影，在鏡頭後觀察和捕捉自己的情緒，探討與釋放自己的憂慮與壓力；學習發現生活中的不同面向，從而欣賞不同的「美」。

黃淑琪女士（Ki Wong）
視覺藝術家
黃淑琪女士 (Ki) 曾任香港浸會大學視覺藝術學院講師及「憧憬世界」（TOE）攝影教育計劃總監。Ki以繪畫、文字及攝影為媒介以探索人與自然及地方的回憶，追溯家族歷史及事物的根本關係，其作品包括《可以居》、《家承》、《我們的家庭相簿》及《出世》等。

Integrative Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness: Public Talk Series

“Photography and Self-healing” – Connecting the Body-mind with the use of Art

Art seems to be out of reach for the public, and our focus on the art works always lie on the “beauty” of its appearance. But art is actually in our daily life, through the use of art, we can understand the inner world of ourselves and the others, and through the expression and release of the emotions during the art creation process, someone can find the healing for their body and mind.

In this talk, we would explore how to use photography to observe and capture our emotions, and to explore ways to express and release our worries and stress. Through discovering different perspectives of life, we can appreciate the different “beauty” in our life.

About the Speaker:
Ms. Wong Suk Ki (Ki)
Visual Artist
Ki is a former lecturer of Academy of Visual Arts in the Hong Kong Baptist University and former Programme Director for Through Our Eyes (TOE) Photography Educational Programme. Ki uses painting, writing and photography as media to explore the memories of people, nature and places, tracing family history and the fundamental relationship between things. Her magnum opus includes: , , and .
