What's a Healthy Dose of Exercise?

Have you noticed that workouts are 60 minutes or less? Anything more than a daily hour is what we - and many scientists - consider too much of a good thing, risking a negative immune response. Physical activity, while critically important in a healthy lifestyle, does stress our bodies, so your workouts should vary in duration and intensity (more isn’t always better!) and you should plan for regular recovery days.
