【Rotary Global Grant Scholarship 2025-26 (For Postgraduates Study) - Deadline: 31 March 2026】
📢 The Rotary Foundation has a rich history of funding scholarships for undergraduate and graduate study in a wide range of academic fields. Rotary Global Grant Scholarship is designed to support individuals pursuing graduate studies in one of Rotary's seven areas of focus of service:
1. Peacebuilding and conflict prevention
2. Disease prevention and treatment
3. Water, sanitation and hygiene
4. Maternal and child health
5. Basic education and literacy
6. Community economic development
7. Environment
The Rotary Global Grant Scholarship not only provides financial assistance for tuition cost but also facilitates networking and mentoring opportunities through the vast Rotary network. Scholars become part of a global community of leaders committed to creating positive change and are encouraged to engage in service projects both during and after their studies.

Sir Robert Black Trust Fund - Scholarships for Postgraduate Studies 2026-27 are now accepting application until 5:00pm of 16 March 2026 (Monday).
The Scholarships aim to provide opportunities for people of exceptional merit, who have demonstrated their potential to serve the community through the qualities of personal leadership, to develop their initiative and character, so that they may acquire greater social usefulness.
Priority will therefore be given to candidates of proven ability and experience in fields which have a significant impact on community life, e.g. medical studies, journalism, social work, education, arts, politics, sciences, etc.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Compassionate Leader Scholarship 香港賽馬會善學善行獎學金 2025/26 (Extended Deadline: 3 February 2026)
The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust (“the Trust”) established The Hong Kong Jockey Club Scholarships in 1998 with an aim to nurture caring leaders for a better Hong Kong. In 2025/26 academic year, up to 27 scholarships will be awarded to outstanding undergraduate students in Hong Kong.
Eligibility:
- UGC-funded Year 1 local students pursuing their first undergraduate degree in HKBU
- Good results in HKDSE or other entry qualifications in 2025
- A cGPA 3.5 or above by the end of Semester 1 of 2025/26
- Outstanding leadership qualities with supporting documents
- Proficient in English, spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua)
The Scholarship covers (1) full tuition fee, (2) academic and living allowance; (3) overseas learning subsidies; and (4) opportunities to participate in a leadership programme and community service activities.
Each HKBU awardee in 2024/25 (last year) received approximately HK$120,000 for this scholarship, for reference. The scholarship is renewable under the normal duration of study if the awardee meets the renewal requirements each year.
HKBU will nominate a maximum of 8 students to compete this Scholarship with other universities in Hong Kong.

【HKSAR Government Talent Development Scholarship (TDS) 2025-26 (For Local and Non-local UGC-funded Students) - Deadline: 5:30pm of 30 January 2026】
The HKSAR Government Talent Development Scholarship 2025-26 is now open for application until 5:30pm of 30 January 2026 (Friday).
To encourage students to develop their talents in other areas in addition to their academic study, the Talent Development Scholarship (TDS) was established by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government to give recognition to students who have demonstrated achievement or talent in non-academic areas and provide support for them to further develop their talent and potential.
For 2025-26, up to around 140 Talent Development Scholarship awards at HK$10,000 each will be awarded to current full-time local and non-local HKBU students studying UGC-funded degree or above level programmes in any discipline of studies. Awardees should have demonstrated talent or potential in at least one of the following areas:
(i) Sports and games;
(ii) Music and performing arts;
(iii) Culture, arts and design; or
(iv) Innovation, science and technology

HSBC Global Scholarship 滙豐環球獎學金2026-27 (Deadline: 23:59, 20 January 2026)
The Hongkong Bank Foundation (滙豐銀行慈善基金) is offering the HSBC Global Scholarship* (滙豐環球獎學金) at a maximum amount of HK$300,000 per award to local full-time non-final year undergraduate students in Hong Kong. The Scholarship will support the recipients to study abroad / attend an exchange programme for either one semester or one academic year in an overseas institution in 2026-27. HKBU will nominate 2 eligible candidates to compete with students from other universities in Hong Kong for the Scholarship.

Innovation and Technology Scholarship (創新科技獎學金) 2025/26 (Deadline: 16 January 2026)
The Innovation and Technology Scholarship aims to recognize outstanding local undergraduates, in any discipline of studies, who are passionate about Innovation and Technology. This scholarship will also provide opportunities to widen the awardee’s international/ Mainland exposure and gain industry experience.
Awardees will be supported to attach to one or more overseas/ Mainland universities/ institutions between 1 June 2026 and 31 July 2027. At least one of the awardee’s trips must be longer than three weeks and at least one trip should be arranged to the Mainland.
Successful awardees will be awarded with a scholarship of not more than HK$150,000, comprising the following components:
1. Overseas/ Mainland Attachment Programme
2. Mentorship Programme
3. Service Project Programme
4. Local Internship Programme (optional)
5. Ideations and Achievements Showcase (optional)

【The Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Scholarship (For studying at world-renowned institutions outside Hong Kong) - Deadline: 6:00pm of 27 February 2026】
The Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Scholarship is now accepting application until 6pm of 27 February 2026 (Friday).
The Scholarship enables local young talents of outstanding calibre in music and dance to pursue professional performing arts studies at world-renowned institutions outside Hong Kong. The Scholarship coverage (duration as specified in each programme) includes FULL tuition fees, subsistence allowance and maintenance fees, one set of return flight tickets to the place of study, and other learning subsidies.

【The Cheng YH and Chan LY Millennium Trust 2026 (Deadline: 15 January 2026) 】
The Cheng YH and Chan LY Millennium Trust was set-up to support deserving students who may wish to embark on a dedicated academic programme, special interest courses, or community-based projects. In this regard, the academic programme proposed could be a specific course, the special interest could be learning a new skill, and the community project could serve to benefit certain segments of society, or the neighbourhood.
The Trust will provide a grant amount ranging from HK$20,000 to HK$60,000 per selected submission for the above-mentioned programme/course/project. Full-time local diploma or undergraduate students who are receiving Tertiary Student Finance Scheme (TSFS) or Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP); with co-curricular achievements and financial need; and wish to embark on the above-mentioned programme/course/project are welcome to apply. 【Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme 2026-27 (Deadline: 6pm of 31 December 2025)】
The Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES) 2026-27 is now accepting application until 6pm of 31 December 2025 (Wednesday).
HKSES aims to support outstanding local students to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies at world renowned universities outside Hong Kong, with a view to grooming a top cadre of talents with global vision, international network and world-class education, thereby contributing to enhancing Hong Kong’s competitiveness as Asia’s World City in a globalised knowledge economy. Up to 100 scholarship offers would be made per cohort. All awardees will receive a non-means-tested scholarship of up to HK$300,000 per annum to cover their tuition fees. Awardees with financial needs may additionally be granted a means-tested bursary of up to HK$200,000 per annum, for covering living and other study-related expenses.
