Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ATEC Online services.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ATEC Online if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The Offer
This offer is conditional and is subject to customers’ acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth.
We reserve the right to withdraw, at our discretion, the offer anytime after, on or while the customers are enjoying such offer without prior notice, and/or compensations.
Fees
Customers are required to pay fees TWO weeks in advance before the commencement of classes. Fees are subject to review without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate any customers who we deem unfit for classes and refund part unused fees. It is at our discretion to interpret the word “unfit". Enrolment fee(s) is not transferable.
Late payment will automatically ends the offer. Late payment will be subject to administrative charges of $300 for re-enrolment.
Revision and Dispute
Changes in terms hereof shall be at our full discretion without prior notice to customers. It shall be retrospectively effective and such terms and conditions shall hencewith apply as if they were effective when customers signed up. We shall have the final say in the event of dispute, and our judgement is final and shall not be challenged.
Make-up Class
There will be no make-up classes. Absentees shall be deemed to have attended the schedule classes, and shall not have the right to request for make-up classes.
License
Unless otherwise stated, ATEC Online and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ATEC Online. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not copy and/or print pages from ATEC Online for your own personal use unless expressly permitted in writing. Your use of learning materials are subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Republish material
Sell, rent or sub-license material
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material
Redistribute content
In ATEC Online unless content is specifically made for redistribution.
User Comments
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Certain parts of ATEC courses offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. We do not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of ATEC Online, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws ATEC shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
ATEC reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You hereby grant to ATEC Online a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
