It’s been very tough for everyone in HK with the whole Covid situation. It most feels like it is the end of the world.
BUT to me and some of my clients, NOT QUITE YET. Instead of whining and spreading negative energy around. We are making a good use of this time to focus on something that we couldn’t when we were busy living normally before.
Despite of lockdowns. We are still building muscles, losing weights, improving our health, improving our mindset, improving metal discipline, improving mobility, manifesting positivity, increasing physical and mental energy, on our way to build the best physique in our life.
Today is one of the best days I have had in a while. It is because my client, a lady who has already RETIRED FOR 5 YEARS is finally being able to do push ups with her own bodyweight! Well done.👍🏻
DEDICATION and CONSISTENCY are the names of the game. EXCUSES will only lead to FAILURE.

Hi everyone. Long time no see! I have been piled up with work recently, thats why I’ve been off from social media for a while. Anyway thanks to the govt gym lockdown policy so that I have time to catch up with you guys here.😄
Today’s post is just to encourage you guys that even though the gyms are closed. DON’T LET YOUR PROGRESS TO BACKSLIDE or USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE TO BE LAZY. Because once you are back in the gym when things open up, you will DEFINITELY need to spend a LONG time to build back up what you have achieved before.
So in this photo, one of my clients has set a very good example here. Still making progress during lockdown. Well done!👍🏻
