🎈 潤田遊蹤·LCDMC FUN DAY 已於 20/04/2024 成功落下帷幕！🎊
🌟 特別感謝到来的每一位小學生和家長，與我們一起度過了一個充滿創造力的歡樂時光。
🎓 學生們通過參與各種學科攤位遊戲，不僅學習了知識，還享受了學習過程。這不僅是一次學習體驗，更是一次思維的飛躍和興趣的培養。
🏹 我們還增設了射箭活動，讓孩子們體驗了射箭的樂趣，鍛煉了專注力和協調性，同時也學習到了射箭的基本技巧和體育精神。
🚁 飛行模擬器體驗區尤其受到學生們的歡迎，不僅培養了他們對航空科技的興趣，還加深了對飛行原理的理解。
在STEAM活動區，孩子們學習了基礎的程式設計知識，並動手搭建、程式設計機器人，這不僅鍛煉了他們的邏輯思維，還提升了解決問題的能力。
📸 這一天，我們見證了孩子們的成長和笑容，也收穫了滿滿的回憶。再次感謝每一位參與者，讓我們期待下一次的活動！

🌟 A special thank you to every elementary student and parent who joined us, sharing a joyful and creatively enriching time together.
🎓 Through participation in various subject booth games, students not only acquired knowledge but also enjoyed the learning process. This event was not just an educational experience; it was a leap in thinking and a cultivation of interests.
🏹 We even added an archery activity, allowing children to experience the fun of archery while honing their focus, coordination, and learning basic archery skills and sportsmanship.
🚁 The flight simulator experience area was particularly popular among students. It not only fostered their interest in aviation technology but also deepened their understanding of flight principles. In the STEAM activity zone, children learned fundamental programming concepts and got hands-on experience building and programming robots. This not only sharpened their logical thinking but also enhanced their problem-solving abilities.

🎉 喜訊！於4月21日（星期六）我校同學參加了「大灣區陸空智慧物流校際挑戰賽」，在69支中學隊伍中脫穎而出，勇奪亞軍！這是一次對智慧物流領域的深入探索和實踐，展現了我校學生在科技應用和團隊合作方面的卓越才能。
👏 特別感謝老師們的辛勤指導和同學們的不懈努力，每一位參與者都值得讚揚和尊敬！🏫 我校學生發揮才能，獲得榮譽，這不僅是個人的榮耀，也是我們學校的驕傲。

📝 競賽項目簡介：
本賽事以智慧城市地圖為賽場藍本，參賽同學們需要現場操控AI智慧物流車及無人機，並在規定時間內完成一系列任務獲取分數以贏得比賽。

🚀 隨著城市化發展，城市地面交通問題日益嚴峻，移動方式由2D到3D的轉變成為了未來發展趨勢。本次比賽延續無人駕駛概念，並將陸地物流與航空物流相結合，打造3D陸空物流挑戰賽，暢想大灣區智慧交通發展，裝備下一代應對未來的轉變和挑戰。

🌟 這次比賽不僅是一場競技，更是一次學習與成長的機會。通過這樣的實踐活動，學生們能夠更好地理解智慧城市的構建和智慧物流的運作，為未來的智慧世界貢獻自己的力量。👍🏼🎖

🎉 Exciting news! On April 21st (Saturday), our school students participated in the “GBA Smart Transportation Inter-School Challenge ” and emerged as runners-up among 69 competing secondary school teams! This achievement reflects their outstanding abilities in technology application and teamwork within the field of smart logistics.

👏 A special shout-out to our hardworking teachers for their guidance and to the students for their relentless efforts. Each participant deserves commendation and respect! 🏫 Our students have showcased their talent and brought honor not only to themselves but also to our school.

📝 Brief Overview of the Competition: The event is based on a smart city map, where participating students operate AI-powered smart logistics vehicles and drones on-site. They complete a series of tasks within a specified time frame to earn scores and secure victory.

🚀 As urbanization continues, ground transportation challenges are becoming more severe. The transition from 2D to 3D mobility is a future trend. In this competition, we extend the concept of autonomous driving and combine land logistics with air logistics, creating a 3D land-air logistics challenge. Let’s envision the development of smart transportation in the Greater Bay Area and equip the next generation to tackle future changes and challenges.

🌟 This competition is not just about sportsmanship; it’s also an opportunity for learning and growth. Through practical activities like this, students gain a better understanding of constructing smart cities and the functioning of smart logistics, contributing their skills to the future smart world. 👍🏼🎖

選舉由獅球教育基金會創立，現由青苗基金主辦，一向為學界盛事📚，其遴選制度以嚴謹及公正見稱，廣受社會各界的鼎力支持及推崇😀，而歷屆得獎者投身社會後展現卓越成就，更一直熱心公益❤，關愛社群，足證選舉深具價值及意義💫。

The Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award, initiated in 1985, aims to recognize and cultivate students with potential who care about society ❤. It promotes holistic development among students and encourages them to look up to the awardees as role models, inspiring them to contribute to society 💪.

Originally organized by the Lion & Globe Educational Trust and co-organized by the Outstanding Young Persons’ Association from 1985 to 2010, the award is now organized by the Youth Arch Foundation and co-organized by the Outstanding Young Persons’ Association since 2011. This prestigious event in the educational community 📚 is known for its rigorous and fair selection process, garnering strong support and recognition from various sectors of society 😀. Over the years, past awardees have achieved remarkable accomplishments and demonstrated a commitment to public service ❤, showcasing the value and significance of this award 💫.

Our school has two students who received this honor 🏆, and we are incredibly proud of them 👏. 本校Jetbot車隊於2023年12月15日至17日在亞洲國際博覽館參加了今年的✨校際人工智慧EDGE級方程式比賽 2023 Jetbot精英組比賽✨，這是來自不同學校的最佳Jetbot車隊之間的激烈競爭😎。我們的團隊取得優異的成績，取得Jetbot精英組的冠軍🏆和亞軍🥈，恭喜同學們👏！

比賽有不同的賽道和挑戰，是個有趣和具有挑戰性的比賽🤩。同學們要在車身安裝的感應器控制汽車在賽道上行駛，讓A.I.帶路，跑得最快的車就是贏家😀。

本次比賽培養了同學們的工程理論知識與人工智慧實踐能力💪，幫助同學完成從機器人基礎、程式設計🤖到人工智慧👨🏼‍🔧、機器人控制原理🦾的知識進階，並透過競賽的形式，考察同學的臨場應變能力、發現問題❔和解決問題的能力。

Our school’s Jetbot team participated in this year’s ✨ Formula Edge™ Inter-School A.I. Racing Competition 2023 Jetbot Elite Division✨ at the Asia International Expo from December 15th to 17th, 2023. It was an intense competition among the top Jetbot teams from different schools 😎. Our team achieved outstanding results, securing both the champion 🏆 and runner-up 🥈 positions in the Jetbot Elite Division. Congratulations to all the students! 👏

The competition featured various tracks and challenges, making it an exciting and challenging event 🤩. Students had to navigate their Jetbots on the racecourse using sensors installed on the vehicle, with AI guiding the way. The fastest car emerged as the winner 😀.

This competition not only enhanced students’ theoretical knowledge of engineering and practical skills in artificial intelligence 💪 but also allowed them to delve deeper into topics ranging from robot fundamentals and programming 🤖 to AI principles 👨🏼‍🔧 and robot control theory 🦾. Through the competitive format, students demonstrated their adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and quick thinking in real-time situations ❔.

李潤田紀念中學透過姊妹學校交流計畫✨，加強兩地師生相互的認識和瞭解，增進友誼，加深對兩地的認識和瞭解。😀 12月17日至12月19日，上海莘莊中學的同學抵達香港✈，與本校學生一同遊覽港島區景點😎、根據配對同學的班級參與旅行日🏞，並於12月19日到校參與LCDMC’s Got Talent活動🥳。「千里之行，始於足下」，同學們通過暢玩香港景點，親自領略香港的文化，亦與全校師生一起感受耶誕節日的歡樂氣氛🌲。 這是一個難忘的聖誕🌲，期望下次再見。
TWGHs Lee Ching Dea Memorial College, through its sister school exchange program, aims to strengthen mutual understanding between students and teachers from both regions, fostering friendship and deepening knowledge about each other’s cultures. 😊 From December 17th to December 19th, students from Shanghai Xinzhuang Senior High School arrived in Hong Kong ✈. They explored various attractions in the Hong Kong Island area 😎 and participated in travel days based on their paired classmates’ classes 🏞. On December 19th, they joined the LCDMC’s Got Talent event at the school 🥳. As the saying goes, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Through their exploration of Hong Kong’s sights, students not only experienced the local culture but also shared the joyful Christmas atmosphere 🌲 with the entire school. This was an unforgettable Christmas 🌲, and we look forward to seeing you again next time!
