GMEC is organized by the First Education Group and brings together math elites from a wide range of regions, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, North Africa, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom.

Preliminary Round: May 2, 2026

*Special Features of GMEC*

1. The competition is divided into two groups: Mathematics and Olympiad, allowing students to demonstrate their strengths and mathematical talents.

2. The competition covers all grades from kindergarten to high school.

3. Top winners will have the opportunity to participate in the "Chat with Mathematicians" session during the Award Ceremony.

4. Special prizes and a gifted education program will be offered to top achievers in the competition.March Hong Kong preliminary round

5. Group: Kindergarten to Grade 12 (one group for each grade)
