"New Narratives of Intangible Heritage”Wan Chai Cultural Heritage Festival

感謝灣仔青年聯會、灣仔區議會及灣仔西分區委員會的支持，讓我們在在「非遺新說」灣仔傳承文化節中，帶來不一樣的數位繪畫體驗！

參與者戴上 VR ，就能親手揮灑數位水墨，將傳統中國水墨畫從平面躍升為 360° 立體藝術 ！

在新年喜慶氛圍裡，科技與傳統藝術相融，讓非遺不再只是觀賞，而是讓每個人親身參與創作，注入吉祥活力與新意～🐉✨

Thanks to Wan Chai Youth Association, Wan Chai District Council, and Wan Chai West Area Committee for their support at the “New Narratives of Intangible Heritage” Wan Chai Cultural Festival!

Participants put on a VR headset to freely paint with digital ink, transforming traditional Chinese ink painting into stunning 360° 3D art — as if dotting the dragon’s eyes, bringing it vividly to life!

In the joyful New Year spirit, technology meets tradition, turning intangible heritage from passive viewing into active creation filled with auspicious energy and fresh vitality ~🐉✨

VR Game Design Workshop and Competition with the Building Department🏙️✨

The workshop helped students learn the VR game creation process and design three VR games on building safety. These turn complex concepts into fun, interactive experiences, letting the public experience the importance of building safety — risks, maintenance duties, and how proper care protects lives and communities, raising public awareness.

屋宇署VR遊戲設計工作坊及比賽✨

工作坊讓學生深入了解VR遊戲製作流程，並以樓宇安全為主題，設計出三款VR遊戲，將複雜安全概念轉化為有趣、互動的體驗。公眾透過遊戲親身感受樓宇安全的重要性——認識風險、維修責任，以及妥善保養如何保障生命與社區安全，提升整體安全意識。

Anfield School Fun Fair🤹🌟

我們很高興參加了安菲爾德學校的嘉年華！
活動當天，我們帶來了有趣的VR藝術體驗，學生們可以在虛擬世界裡自由發揮創意。我們還使用了一個特別設計的系統，讓藝術老師可以即時看到學生的創作，教學起來更方便、更高效。

✨ We had such a great time at the Anfield School Fun Fair!

We brought an immersive VR art experience to the event, allowing students to express their creativity in a unique and exciting way. Our innovative system allowed our art teacher to view all the students' creations in VR simultaneously, making it easier to guide and teach effectively.

Thank you to Anfield School for having us—it was truly a memorable day!

🎨 Vroot 特別工作坊回顧 🏯

在創科@大埔展覽期間，我們舉行了兩個特別工作坊：

1️⃣ 親子VR繪畫 - 畫龍點精工作坊：家長和小朋友一起體驗VR繪畫的樂趣，共同創作獨一無二的藝術作品！🎨🐉

2️⃣ VR中國古建築工作坊：特別鳴謝 Terry 的引導,讓學生在虛擬世界瀏覽大明宮同時，對中國古建築有更進一步的了解和興趣，學生更挑戰組裝魯班鎖！十分好玩！

感謝所有參與同學們的熱情支持，我們期待在未來的活動中再見到你們！

🎨 Vroot Special Workshop Recap 🏯

During the Inno@Tai Po Exhibition, we hosted two special workshops:

1️⃣ Parent-Child VR Art Workshop: Parents and children experienced the fun of VR painting together, creating unique artistic pieces! 🎨🐉

2️⃣ VR Chinese Ancient Architecture Workshop: Special thanks to Terry from for his guidance, allowing students to explore the Daming Palace in a virtual world and gain a deeper understanding and interest in ancient Chinese architecture. Students also challenged themselves to assemble the Luban lock! It was so much fun!

A big thank you to all the enthusiastic students who participated. We look forward to seeing you at future events!

We are thrilled to participate in the Science Park Inno@Tai Po Exhibition for the third year! Over the past two days, we've seen many students showcasing their innovative creations. It has been an amazing experience! 😄

This year, we introduced a VR Chinese Culture Game. Through a treasure hunt in the Tang Dynasty's Daming Palace, students learned about the structure of ancient Chinese architecture. It's both educational and fun! 🏯🔍

🌟 禁毒60週年展覽🌟

我們很榮幸能夠參與並為禁毒委員會設計了一個創新的MR遊戲-擊毒先鋒，讓大家在打擊毒品禍害和避開引誘的同時，也能享受到遊戲的樂趣！大人和小朋友都玩得很開心，連保安局局長也親自參與了遊戲！

雖然大會堂的展覽已經完結，但我們的巡迴展覽即將啟動，將會走遍各大院校及商場，繼續傳遞禁毒的重要信息。💪🕹️

🌟 Anti-Drug 60th Anniversary Exhibition 🌟

We are honored to have participated and designed an MR game -Drug Flighter for the Anti-Drug Committee. This game allows everyone to fight against the harm of drugs and avoid temptations ! Both adults and children enjoyed it immensely, and even the Secretary for Security joined in the game!

Although the exhibition at City Hall has concluded, our touring exhibition will soon begin, visiting major schools and shopping malls to continue spreading the important message of anti-drug awareness. 💪🕹️

🌟在油麻地天主教小學舉辦的中華文化日圓滿結束，為期兩天的活動讓同學們沉浸在濃厚的新年氛圍中，大家都盛裝打扮，笑容洋溢！🎉

🌸通過我們的XR技術，同學們可以穿越到唐朝的大明宮搜尋失落的貢品，也能在VR世界中為威風凜凜的龍畫上炯炯有神的大眼睛，並了解龍在中華文化中的意義。

The Chinese Culture Day held at Yaumati Catholic Primary School has successfully concluded! 🎉 Over the course of two days, students dressed in festive attire, fully immersing themselves in the New Year atmosphere!

🌸 With our XR technology, students were able to travel back to the Tang Dynasty's Daming Palace to search for lost tributes, and in the VR world, they painted vivid eyes on majestic dragons while learning about the significance of dragons in Chinese culture.
