We were pleased to have Mr. Francis Chung, Barrister at Sir Oswald Cheung’s Chambers talk to our participants today about Market Misconduct Tribunal proceedings. Mr. Chung talked about the procedure - from how to address the different parties at tribunal hearings, to the burden of proof which applies. He also gave many insights as to the practical aspects, including: how to conduct the relevant research, tips for handling these cases in terms of analysing the relevant materials, presenting the evidence and case preparation. It was an engaging presentation and we learnt a lot from Mr. Chung today. Our sincerest thanks to Mr. Chung and all those who participated today.
