第一場親子划龍舟體驗日順利完成！

當日氣氛熱鬧，小朋友和家長都玩得既開心又興奮❤️🔥！還有老師們在一旁的熱烈助威，讓整個體驗充滿了力量與溫暖！😄👏🏻

感謝 藍天體育會 專業教練團隊全程指導，讓大家可以在安全又有趣的西貢海岸下，輕鬆掌握划龍舟技巧。由最初嘗試到逐漸配合節奏，每一隊都愈划愈有默契！🚣💪🏻

比賽過程中，大家齊心協力向終點進發，充分展現團隊精神，場面既刺激又興奮！🔥🎉

相信這次難得的體驗，已為每個家庭留下珍貴而難忘的回憶！💛

Our first Parent-Child Dragon Boat Experience Day was a great success!

The atmosphere was lively and full of excitement, with children and parents having an amazing time together ❤️🔥. With teachers cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines, the whole experience was filled with energy and warmth! 😄👏🏻

A big thank you to the professional coaching team from Blue Sky Sports Club for their dedicated guidance, allowing everyone to safely enjoy and learn dragon boat paddling along the beautiful Sai Kung coastline. From first attempts to building rhythm and coordination, every team showed great improvement and teamwork! 🚣💪🏻

During the race, everyone paddled together towards the finish line, demonstrating incredible team spirit in a thrilling and exciting atmosphere! 🔥🎉

We believe this special experience has created precious and unforgettable memories for every family 💛

【啟思同行系列】第七集:《我都已經道歉，你還想要怎麼樣？》

大家有沒有遇過？小朋友做錯事，不但不肯道歉，還大發脾氣、大哭大鬧。
我們越逼他講「對唔住」，他反而鬧得越兇 🤯

這時候，我們可能都在追求一個「誰對誰錯」的審判。但其實，道歉不應該是為了結束爭端而築起的「擋箭牌」。

「對不起」不應是終點，而是學習承擔的起點。讓我們陪孩子一起，成為一個敢於承擔的人 💪
