By the way, we usually say "stay warm" rather than "keep warm" to people when the weather is cold.

A good listening and speaking exercise:

Step 1: Try to listen to the recording, and see how much you understand.

Step 2: Do dictation - write down every word in the recording. Dictate 30 seconds every time. Draw a line to stop. Don't drag more than 30 minutes for the dictation of 30 seconds.

Step 3: Check the correct answer and listen to the 30 seconds two more times.

Step 4: By the time you finish the whole story, read aloud by following the speakers' pronunciation and tones.
