Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)
A fast-track programme for early-career talent who want more possibilities from day one — broader exposure, steeper learning, and a clear runway to leadership.You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced 24-month programme that accelerates your development through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure and world-class learning that builds the skills that matter.
You’ll build a strong understanding of Hang Seng’s purpose, values and strategy — how we make decisions, serve customers, and deliver sustainable growth. Through bank-wide projects and hands-on experience, you’ll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation.
You’ll develop core competencies in one of the following business streams:
• Commercial Banking
• Global Markets
• Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited
• Retail Banking and Wealth
Who we’re looking for
• Curious and a fast learner — you ask smart questions, pick things up quickly, and stay open to new tools and new ways of working (especially in tech/AI)
• Accountable with strong ownership — you take responsibility for your tasks, understand how your work contribute to the bigger picture, and deliver high-quality work

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Honours or above)
• No more than 3 years of work experience
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or holder of a valid Hong Kong work visa (e.g. IANG / Top Talent Pass Scheme Scheme (TTPS)
