Home cheffing services

How does it work?

We decide on a menu together. I adapt to your tastes, special diets and preferences.

I give you a quote based on working hours spent + ingredients cost + transport.

I can also assist with table set up and styling if you need me to.

On the big day I come to your place with all what’s necessary to complement your kitchen’s equipment, and I cook most of the meal at your place, and set it in presentation dishes to make it a memorable, fresh and stylish experience!

I can also bring a waiter for service if needed, and I’m more than happy to stay during dinner to introduce all courses to your guests.

I can do it for brunches, lunches and dinners, and for small corporate events! Message me ☺️

Time has come 😍

I’ve enjoyed staying at home with my baby Agnès, but I now feel it’s time for me to get progressively back to my beloved cooking project 🧡

I won’t do 5/7 and 8 to 8 to begin with, so expect fewer spots than before until summer. Don’t wait and book your session quickly by WhatsApp: 9314 1544 👈🏻

Baking for my family brings me an immense joy 🧡 my desserts aren’t the most complicated or sophisticated ones, but they always make kids and adults happy. They’re the flavours I grew up with, among other grandma style comfort foods.

I’d love to teach you or your kids how it’s done 🧡

My hot cross buns 🐥🐰

Happy Easter everyone! Here’s a simple and delicious hot cross buns recipe that I love, inspired by chef 👌 I just proceed a bit differently from him and it works great for me. Follow the steps for a great result!

And share if you liked it 🙏🧡

Melt 40gr salted butter with 300ml whole milk in a small casserole. Not need to boil it, just stir until butter is fully melted. Transfer into a jug and let I cool down.

In a large bowl (for hand kneading or the bowl from your food processor), mix 14gr instant bread yeast with 50gr blond sugar. Once your butter + milk mix has cooled down (need to be lukewarm), poor 1/2 on top of yeast + sugar, mix well, let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl crack 2 eggs, and whisk them together.

Once the 10’ rest is over, poor the eggs on top of the yeast+milk mix, whisk quickly and add 500gr floor (best is 50% strong floor + 50% all purpose flour). Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1.5 teaspoon all spices.

Start kneading (or start your food processor). Dough is sticky, it’s normal.

Add 180gr of dried fruits. I like to mix raisins, dried black currants and minced cranberries. You can also use thinly minced candied fruits 👌

Knead by hand for 7-10 minutes, or 5-6 minutes with food processor.

Ball your dough, rub it with veggie oil and place it into a bowl, covered with a towel. Let it proof for 1h.

Divide into 12pcs, ball them and place them in a tray lined with baking paper.

Let it proof for extra 20 minutes. Pre heat your oven 170 Celsius.

Make the crosses with a piping bag filled with a 50gr water + 60gr flour mix.

Bake the buns for 25 minutes until gold on top (low rack for the second half of the cooking, don’t forget to turn your tray half way).

Mix 2 tablespoons apricot jam with 1 tablespoon water. Use it to glaze the buns with a brush as soon as they come out from the oven.

Enjoy! 🐰🐰🐰
