TOC Asia is proud to formally open reg for AWCS III on January 3-4, 2026! With 4 rounds of prelim competition in WSDC, 5 rounds in Junior Debate and WIDPSC Persuasive Speaking, this should be an excellent chance for some good competition! CAP will be released next week. Prepared motions (Rounds 2 and 4) will be the same as AWCS II. It should be a fun way to ring in 2026!

At the same time, we are going to announce the CAP for AWCS II! We’ve brought in an ELITE CAP for this one. First is Bea Legaspi. Bea's impact on debate across Asia and the world is remarkable - if there's debate happening in Asia, you'll find Bea not far away. If there is debate happening in Asia, you will find Bea not too far away. Her impact has made debate a home for so many people, and having her CAP at AWCS II is an honor. Second is Antonio Wei. Antonio’s track record of boosting debate in China and around the world is something to be envied, and his commitment to IA, CAP, and tab for so many tournaments shows his love for debate and for facilitating debate so everyone can have amazing tournament experiences, and now we get that same love for debate at AWCS II!
We are also including the prepared motions for AWCS II. We will be using the same prepared motions as AWCS I in WSDC and a new set for Junior WSDC, so pay attention and make sure you’re ready!

As we go through the Phase 1 IA applications for TOC Asia Summer Nationals, we're going to open a round 2 as well! We've added more details about the online competition (the initial poster only had the information about the offline event). The Phase 2 applications are due July 24! TOC Asia is proud to announce the Asia Worlds Championship Series!
AWCS will have 3 competition events- WSDC, JWSDC, and WIDPSC Persuasive Speaking. We will hold 5 AWCS tournaments throughout the 2025-26 school year, as well as showcase events.Right now, we are announcing the first three competitions.

Registration info will come out soon as far as signup, fees, CA/IA applications, and other details.

We are announcing it now so that you have a chance to prepare your schedules. Competition will be on UTC +8 time (China) and will use VOOV/Tencent Meeting.

We look forward to seeing students from Asia and around the world competing at AWCS competitions throughout the year.
