When we open ourselves to joy, we become humans who give and share joy with the world.

When we train our mind to spot joy, we begin to notice joy all around us. Similarly, when we intentionally cultivate gratitude, our hearts open to the sheer magnitude of all we have to be grateful for. As our gratitude practice matures, we find reasons to be grateful even amidst life’s most difficult challenges.
