Movement is medicine. ✨

If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or driving, your hips are probably begging for some movement. You don’t need a long routine—just try adding these moves to your next warmup.

I love using the Smith machine or a rack for balance during these—it really lets you sit deep into the movement and feel the stretch where you need it most.

Try this: Do 10 reps on each side before your next leg day and let me know if you feel the difference! ✨

Find Peace through the Chaos🧘
“Today’s reminder: Pause. Breathe deep into your hands — one on heart, one on belly. Let the breath anchor you right here, right now.
Incorporating just 5–10 minutes of mindfulness or meditation into your day can quietly rewrite how you move through life: less reactivity, more clarity, deeper calm.

Start simple: Sit comfortably → Close your eyes → Feel the rise & fall → When the mind wanders (it will), gently come back to the breath. That’s it. That’s the practice.

Finding peace doesn’t require escaping life — it begins the moment you decide to meet it with presence.

🏃‍♀️✨ From sprints to long runs, learn how to boost your VO2 Max and improve your overall fitness!

Level up your engine 🔥 VO2 max isn’t just a number — it’s your body’s superpower to use oxygen better, run longer, push harder, and delay that wall.

Here’s exactly how I’m building mine:
FAST REPS 🚀 20–60 sec all-out sprints or hill repeats → full gas, long recovery. Pure heart-rate rocket fuel.

INTERVALS 🔥 1–5 min hard efforts + short breaks. Short, brutal, insanely effective. Mix the times to keep your system guessing.

EASY RUNS 🏃‍♀️ 60–75% max HR zone — the sweet spot where you build aerobic efficiency and teach your muscles to sip oxygen like pros.

LONG RUNS 🌿 More time in the aerobic zone = stronger lungs, stronger legs, delayed fatigue. The foundation everything else stands on.

Core training isn’t just about sit-ups; it’s about stability, control, and moving with intention. Using a mobility stick adds tension and feedback, making every rep count.

Here’s the breakdown:
1️⃣ Stick Mobility Dead Bug
🎯 Focus: Core stability and limb coordination.
✨ Benefit: Teaches you to keep your lower back anchored while moving, protecting your spine and building deep abdominal strength.

2️⃣ Single Leg Raises
🎯 Focus: Lower abdominals and hip flexors.
✨ Benefit: Improves pelvic control and leg strength, helping to eliminate “arching” during heavy lifts.

3️⃣ Rock the Boat
🎯 Focus: Obliques and lateral stability.
✨ Benefit: Enhances your ability to control side-to-side movement and improves overall balance.
