Day 6
To understand more about practicing architecture, we visited the internationally well-known corporation Herzog & de Meuron office in Hong Kong their project in Taikwun, Central, guided by Mr. Nick Tsao.
Afternoon, co-founder and design director of New Office Works Mr. Paul Tse also shared his experience as an architect and the design thinking of his timber structure, Growing Up Pavilion , in West Kowloon.

In the review for the fantastic work produced in the first week of the programme, students and teachers exchanged ideas and thoughts towards approaches in design.

Day 4
After exploring drawings as a means to analyse, students starts exploring spatial quality by building models. For guests lecture, Mr. Jimmy Ho explained his path in Architecture research.

Day 3
Today, students explored ways of drawing into motion and human body relationship with used objects. We also had Prof. Simon Hsu to share his experience in international practice of Architecture.

There are invisible logic behind how objects are assembled and materialised. Our students are guided to learn how to construct by deconstructing, as well as to observe design intentions hidden in daily utilities.
