食緊糖水嘅大家，有冇諗過冬至除咗係團圓嘅日子之外。亦都係一個學飛上幾有趣既Topic。
我哋之所以有季節，就係因為條地軸係向繞住太陽既軌道傾斜左23.5度，令到陽光嘅能量唔係垂直射向地面。而冬至係代表北極喺地球公轉軌道既相對位置同太陽嘅距離最遠。所以喺今日，北半球嘅日照時間將會係全年嘅最短，身在北極圈嘅人甚至乎會全日都唔會見到陽光添！
而過左今日之後，日照時間亦都會長返，中間就會經過春分Equinoxes,（有冇讀緊GNAV嘅朋友仔呢?) 代表住日照同夜晚時間係一樣。
直至到夏至Summer Solstice，之後沿著秋分做一個循環。
想考pilot既朋友仔，有冇諗過呢樣嘢對於飛行有咩重要性呢？

✈️ *Communication 101: "Hold Short" ⛔ vs "Lineup & Wait" ➡➡✈
Since there is a heated discusion about the phrases from the ATC Audio for the past 2 days, so we are to talk about the phrases you might hear when it comes to aircraft movements on the runway - "Hold Short " and "Lineup & Wait."
相信過去兩天對大家對於航管術語有一場激烈的討論，所以今次我哋就同大家講下當涉及飛機移動時常見於機場的航管術語- "Hold Short" 和 "Lineup & Wait"。
📍Hold Short: When air traffic control instructs a pilot to "Hold Short," it means the aircraft must stop before reaching the designated runway or taxiway intersection ( Stand behind the yellow lines!). This instruction ensures proper spacing and safety between aircraft on the ground and those preparing for takeoff/ landing. Remember, it's crucial to follow this instruction and remain clear of the runway until further clearance is given.
📍Hold Short：當空中交通管制指示機師 “Hold Short”時，飛機必須在抵達指定的跑道或滑行道交叉路口(見上圖地下黃線)前停下。這個指示確保地面上的飛機和準備起降的飛機之間保持適當的安全間隔。所有飛機都必須在航管發出指示前保持跑道完全暢通。
📍Lineup & Wait: "Lineup & Wait" is a clearance given to the pilot to ENTER the runway and position the aircraft for takeoff. However, the aircraft is "NOT CLEARED" to commence takeoff until receiving further clearance from air traffic control. This phrase is commonly seen in high capacity airports when there is a need to expedite departures and increasing runway's efficiency
對於“Lineup & Wait”，在大流量的機場中十分常見，目的是為了當需要提高跑道效率時使用。 “Lineup & Wait” 准許機師進入跑道並將飛機定位以便起飛的許可。然而，飛機在未獲得空中交通管制的進一步許可之前，“絕對不可以起飛”。
These instructions are essential for ensuring safe and a smooth flow of air traffic. For us as an Avgeek, it is good to understand these terms and when to use it ;)
這些指示對確保空中交通的安全和順暢流動非常重要。作為一個航空迷的我們，當然要懂得分析同知道幾時用啦! 😉
