Conventional learning focuses on knowledge transfer from the teacher to the students.
Stepping into a new era of technology, e-Learning is strongly promoted to encourage medical students’ engagement in educational videos. This also provides a platform for the students to experience “serve” and “to be served”.

🎄Wish you a merry Xmas with your loved ones!🎉
Holiday decorating may pose a risk if not done carefully. According to the news report, the most common holiday injuries involve falls, trauma, back strains, and lacerations.
🤩Here are some tips to avoid strains and sprains:
1. Always stretch before and after any physical activity to loosen the muscles. Do not underestimate the task ahead of you! Decorating involves a lot of physical activity.
2. When carrying packages, keep them close to your center of gravity (closer to your body). The closer to your spine and center of gravity, the less stress it puts on your back.
3. If you need to carry multiple items, it is better to make several trips instead of one.
4. When using a ladder, always inspect the ladder before using it.
Feel free to share your thoughts if you have some more precautions.

Multiple Choice Questions Setting Workshop for Joint Specialty Fellowship Examination in Orthopaedic Surgery, organized by Hong Kong College of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
It was such an intensive course. When it came to the afternoon real-time interactive question setting practice, participants brainstormed a bunch of higher-order questions to be immediately commented on by their fellows and the overseas speakers. **thumbs-up
Big thanks to Prof. S Kumta (CUHK), Dr. Hurst and Dr. Miller (The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh).

This made a remarkable moment for the ORT department when “founding” meets “current” chairman at OLC during an RTHK interview hosted by Prof Patrick Yung today.
It’s marvellous to see our respectable Prof PC Leung again.
