Located in Pak Kong, Sai Kung, Cooking Club Sai Kung is a local cooking community where professional Chefs will share all their secrets and methods.

Our classes are Hands On, and all equipment, ingredients and tasting are provided.

Classes start at 11am and finish at 2pm, always on Saturdays.

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to our COOKING CLUB SUMMER EDITION.

All classes are hosted by professional chefs currently working at HK f&b industry.

Classes are hands on, and price includes all ingredients, materials, class & tasting!

SATURDAY 29TH!

11am - 2pm, hands on class and full tasting included

There are few seats left for our next class "Modern Restaurant Techniques", on coming Saturday in Sai Kung.

On this session, we are going to show you the secrets of different modern techniques widely used in restaurants over the past decade, such as spheres (caviars), gels, foams, crackers and oils.

We will add those techniques into real world dishes that you will be able to prepare at home, like Tuna Tartare, tomato mil-fuilles, uni cracker, spherical olives and more.

The price of the class is 655HKD per person and includes the hands on class, ingredients and group tasting.

* Courses are limited to 8 guests per day
* As in professional culinary schools, will work in pairs. Feel free to join with a friend or team up with someone else attending the event on that day!
* All levels are welcome. If you are not confortable with any step during the class, our instructor will take care of it for you.

Kung Hei Fat Choi!

We are thrilled to share that we are finally starting our Cooking Club in Sai Kung, and activity that we wanted to start back in 2020 and had to cancel due to Covid.

Sai Kung Cooking Club is a private space located in Pak Kong, equiped with stoves, oven, sous vide, mixers, syphoons and the whole range of tools you would expect in a high end professional kitchen.

We will organise cooking activities once a month, for a maximum of 8 people.

Our activities are for amateur chefs and will be labeled in 2 categories:

1) all levels welcome
2) Advanced

Our instructors are Professional Chefs with wide experience and reputation in the industry.

Our First 2 courses will be hosted in February:

- Tapas World. (All levels welcome)
- Sous Vide at home. (Advanced)

Meet our instructors.

Our 2023 cooking events in will be hosted by Edgard Sanuy, a Spanish Chef born in the Catalan province of Lleida.

Edgard has a vast experience in the cooking world, being currently Culinary Director of the aclaimed tapas bars Pica Pica in Sheung Wan and Barbar in Wanchai, rated 1st and 2nd best Spanish restaurants in Hong Kong by Trip Advisor.

Edgard has been part of the culinary management behind several famous Hong Kong restaurants as Limewood, Mercedes Me, Mott32, Stoockton or Rubia.

Don’t miss our first events by Edgard Sanuy and enjoy cooking while learning from the best.
