🏀How can your child get better at rebounding?
Rebounding is an important basketball fundamental for young players. With a few simple steps, children can gradually develop their positioning, ball protection and jumping skills — helping them secure the ball after a missed shot.
Following FIBA guidelines, Coach Daryll uses simple skill drills and fun games to help young players build strong basketball fundamentals in an engaging way.
🙌 Step 1 — Max-Height High Fives
Jump as high as possible and reach for the high five.
👐 Step 2 — Jump & Grab the Ball
Jump up and secure the ball with both hands.
🆙 Step 3 — Self-Toss & Catch
Toss the ball up, then jump and grab it at the highest point.

搶籃板是小朋友學好籃球基本功的重要一環。透過幾個步驟，逐步建立籃底空間感、護球技術及增強彈跳力，學懂投籃後如何爭取籃球。

This September, U10A will move up to U11, alongside a new development team, giving players of different levels the opportunity to improve their skills, build friendships, and grow together.

Our new Sept–Dec term introduces an enhanced Student Development Pathway, with classes structured across Foundational Interest Classes (for beginner/ intermediate players), Development Teams and Competitive Teams levels to support every child’s growth. Students who demonstrate strong commitment and performance throughout the term may be invited by our coaches to attend team promotion tryouts.
