HKITA Umpire Training Course 2026
The ITF Umpire Training Course designed for Red Belt + and Black Belt holders.
Course Content: Tul (Patterns), Sparring, Pre-arranged Sparring, Power Breaking, and Special Technique

Session 1: Online Class
• Date: Sunday, October 11, 2026
• Time: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Session 2: In-Person Class
• Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026
• Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Venue: Unit 6C, William Industrial Building, 23–25 Ng Fong Street, San Po Kong
Course Details
• Target Audience: Aged 14 or above (Red Belt or above, up to Black Belt ranks)
• Attire: Full official ITF Dobok
• Certification: Upon completion of the course and passing the written examination, participants will be awarded an HKITA Umpire Certificate.
Note: HKITA Black Belt holders are eligible to apply for the International Umpire Class "B" License (IUB) .
