🌿 Where Rigorous Science Meets Daily Well-Being 🌿
Public Talk and One-Day Mindfulness Retreat with Prof. Eric Loucks
This summer, CUHK is honoured to welcome Professor Eric Loucks, Director of the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, for two inspiring mindfulness events designed to help you feel better, think clearer, and live healthier.

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: SPHPC, CUHK
Join an immersive full-day retreat combining mindfulness practice with the latest scientific evidence. This retreat is grounded in the nine interrelated contemplative steps — mindfulness, curiosity, energy/courage, ease, joy, concentration, equanimity, loving-kindness, and compassion. These steps form the foundation of Professor Eric Loucks’ forthcoming book, making this retreat a rare opportunity to learn directly from the source of this important new work.
