【研討會回顧|重塑學習空間】✨
早前,我哋聯同 #香港教育大學-特殊教育與融合教育研究所 合辦嘅「重塑學習空間:以 No-Code XR 提升學與教效能」研討會已順利舉行!

當日與會同工除咗親身體驗 LED CAVE 帶來嘅沉浸式學習震撼,亦有冼權鋒教授團隊深入分享 XR/VR 如何實際支援教學設計、提升學生投入度及學習成效,同場仲有 AiTLE 資訊科技教育領袖協會黃健威老師同一眾 XRCC NOVA 大使教師分享佢哋點樣喺日常課堂中活用 No-Code XR 工具 XRCC,將教學構思轉化成真正落地嘅學習體驗。

【Event Recap | Rethinking Learning Spaces】 ✨
We were delighted to co-host the seminar “Rethinking Learning Spaces: Enhancing Teaching & Learning with No-Code XR” together with the Institute of Special Needs and Inclusive Education, The Education University of Hong Kong.

Participants experienced the immersive impact of our LED CAVE, while Prof. SIN Kuen Fung Kenneth shared practical insights on how XR/VR can enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.

We were also honoured to have the Mr Albert Wong, Chairman of , Association of I.T. Leaders in Education and XRCC NOVA Ambassador teachers sharing real classroom cases that demonstrated how XRCC support lesson design and everyday teaching practice.

🚀 The XR teaching content and lesson plans created by our XRCC NOVA Ambassadors will be available for download, enabling educators to adapt and apply them in their own classrooms.

【微電子芯片設計師課程 | 香港資優教育學院 x TURNED-E!】

香港資優教育學院與TURNED-E!合辦的微電子芯片設計師課程,讓學生掌握尖端FPGA技術!課程使用AMD Xilinx MPSoC架構的Avnet Ultra96開發板、AMD Vivado設計套件及PYNQ開發環境,深入探索圖像處理與嵌入式系統的FPGA開發。學生學習使用OpenCV進行圖像操作、濾波、轉換及物體檢測技術。課程尾聲,學生運用計算機視覺與FPGA開發知識,在Ultra96上成功部署人工智能PCB電路板缺陷檢測系統。這課程不僅提升學生對微電子技術的理解,還激發他們的創新思維與實踐能力!

The Microelectronics Chip Designer Course, co-organized by The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education and TURNED-E!, empowered students to master cutting-edge FPGA technology! Using the AMD Xilinx MPSoC-based Avnet Ultra96 board, AMD Vivado Design Suite, and PYNQ environment, students explored image processing and embedded systems FPGA development. They learned OpenCV techniques for image manipulation, filtering, transformation, and object detection. By the course’s end, students applied computer vision and FPGA skills to deploy an AI-based PCB defect detection system on Ultra96. This course enhanced their understanding of microelectronics while fostering innovation and practical skills!

【PCB智慧天文台課程 | 田家炳中學 x TURNED-E!】

田家炳中學與TURNED-E!合辦的PCB課程,為中一至中四學生量身設計!中一、二學生通過micro:bit學習電路及電子基礎知識,奠定科技基礎。中三、四學生則利用電腦軟件進行設計,親手製作出智慧天文台裝置,收集天氣及環境資訊,如風向、紫外線強度及空氣質素,並進行數據分析與視覺化。學生通過動手設計及生活觀察,將科技應用於日常,成果令人振奮!這課程不僅提升學生對科技的理解,還培養了基礎科研能力、創新思維及問題解決能力!

The PCB Course at Tin Ka Ping Secondary School, co-organized with TURNED-E!, was tailored for Form 1 to Form 4 students! Form 1 and 2 students explored circuits and electronics basics using micro:bit, building a strong tech foundation. Form 3 and 4 students designed and created smart observatory devices using computer software, collecting weather and environmental data like wind direction, UV intensity, and air quality for analysis and visualization. Through hands-on design and real-life observation, students applied technology practically, yielding inspiring results! This course enhanced their tech understanding while fostering research skills, innovation, and problem-solving abilities!

【小學及長者服務工作坊 | 展亮技能發展中心 x TURNED-E!】

展亮技能發展中心攜手TURNED-E!舉辦工作坊,學生化身教學助理,運用所學知識指導東涌天主教小學的學生及旺角長者綜合服務海嵐長者中心的長者!在小學服務中,助理帶領小學生探索科技基礎;在長者服務中,則協助長者學習數碼技能,提升生活質素。通過教學互動,助理不僅增強自信心與溝通能力,還促進跨代交流,成果令人振奮!這工作坊讓學生實踐所學,同時為社區注入活力與關懷!

The Primary School and Elderly Service Workshop by Shines Skills Centre, in collaboration with TURNED-E!, guided students take on the role of teaching assistants, applying their knowledge to teach students from Tung Chung Catholic Primary School and seniors from Mong Kok Integrated Service for Senior Citizens (Hoi Lam)! In the primary school service, assistants led young students in exploring tech basics, while in the elderly service, they helped seniors learn digital skills to enhance their quality of life. Through interactive teaching, assistants boosted their confidence and communication skills while fostering intergenerational bonds, yielding inspiring results! This workshop empowered students to apply their skills and brought vitality and care to the community!

【NFC個人卡片設計課程 | 梁文燕紀念中學(沙田) x TURNED-E!】

梁文燕紀念中學(沙田)與TURNED-E!合辦的PCB設計課程,帶領學生探索NFC個人卡片製作!學生學習PCB設計原理,親手繪製一塊NFC卡片,並燒錄個人資料如姓名、電話號碼。當其他NFC裝置掃描時,資料可自動輸入,學生還能設定網址,掃描後自動導向指定網站。從設計到燒錄,學生全程參與,成功打造獨一無二的NFC卡片。這課程不僅提升了學生的科技應用能力,還激發了他們的創意與實踐力!

The NFC Personal Card Design Course, co-organized by Helen Liang Memorial Secondary School (Shatin) and TURNED-E!, guided students in creating NFC cards! Students learned PCB design principles, drew their own NFC cards, and programmed them with personal details like names and phone numbers. When scanned by NFC devices, the data auto-transfers, and students could set URLs to redirect to websites. From design to programming, students were fully engaged, crafting unique NFC cards. This course boosted their tech skills and sparked creativity and practical application!

【香港科學園與中國移動集團5G聯合創新中心香港開放實驗室參觀 | 紡織學會美國商會胡漢輝中學 x TURNED-E!】

紡織學會美國商會胡漢輝中學聯同TURNED-E!組織學生參觀香港科學園及中國移動集團5G聯合創新中心香港開放實驗室(5G Lab),探索個人通訊發展、5G技術及微電子的未來!學生深入了解5G如何推動物聯網、智慧城市等應用,並體驗先進的5G設備與微電子技術。通過導賞及互動環節,學生認識到通訊科技如何改變日常生活,並激發對STEM領域的興趣。這次參觀不僅拓寬了學生的科技視野,還啟發他們思考科技創新的無限可能!

The visit to Hong Kong Science Park and China Mobile 5G Innovation Centre Hong Kong Open Lab (5G Lab), organized by TIACC Woo Hon Fai Secondary School and TURNED-E!, immersed students in personal communications, 5G technology, and the future of microelectronics! Students explored how 5G drives IoT and smart cities, experiencing cutting-edge 5G devices and microelectronic innovations. Through guided tours and interactive sessions, they discovered how communication technologies transform daily life, sparking their interest in STEM. This visit broadened their tech horizons and inspired them to envision the limitless possibilities of innovation!

【AI人工智能系列課程 | 鳳溪創新小學 x TURNED-E!】

鳳溪創新小學與TURNED-E!合辦的AI人工智能系列課程,帶領學生認識生成式人工智能的奧秘!課程涵蓋生成式AI的基本原理、應用場景及實操體驗,學生學習如何利用AI工具創作圖像及文字分析項目。通過分組設計與實踐,學生將生成式AI應用於解決實際問題,成果令人驚喜!這課程不僅加深學生對AI技術的理解,還激發他們的創意與問題解決能力,為未來科技探索奠定基礎!

The AI Course Series, co-organized by Fung Kai Innovative School and TURNED-E!, introduced students to the wonders of generative AI! The course covered the fundamentals, applications, and hands-on experiences of generative AI, with students learning to create image and text analysis projects using AI tools. Through group design and practice, they applied generative AI to solve real-world problems, yielding impressive results! This course deepened their understanding of AI technology while sparking creativity and problem-solving skills, laying a foundation for future tech exploration!

【運算思維課程 | 教育城 x TURNED-E!】

教育城與TURNED-E!合辦的運算思維課程,以Makecode Arcade為載體,帶領學生沉浸式學習運算思維!通過有趣的課堂練習,學生逐步掌握運算思維的核心概念,並在實踐中運用程式設計創作遊戲與互動項目。課程培養學生的運算思維視野,賦能他們結合數碼科技知識,解決實際問題。從設計到實作,學生全程參與,成果令人振奮!這課程不僅提升學生對運算思維的理解,還為他們應對現代社會挑戰奠定基礎!

The Computational Thinking Course, co-organized by EdCity and TURNED-E!, used Makecode Arcade to immerse students in learning computational thinking! Through engaging classroom exercises, students grasped core concepts and applied programming skills to create games and interactive projects. The course broadened their computational thinking perspective, empowering them to solve real-world problems with digital technology. From design to implementation, students fully engaged, yielding impressive results! This course enhanced their understanding of computational thinking and prepared them for modern societal challenges!
