Let’s look back at three memorable days of the Experiential Learning Program (ELP) organized by the HKUST MSc in Global Operations Program on 13, 17 and 18 August 2026. 🌟

Through trust-building exercises, team challenges and reflective sessions, students learned to communicate, collaborate and solve problems under pressure. 💪

🧩Beyond the activities, they built new connections, shared meaningful moments and strengthened their sense of community.

The ELP may have wrapped up, but the moments created—the laughter, breakthroughs and quiet wins—will stay with our students as they begin this new chapter together. ✨

👏 We wrapped up the final session of this year’s MSGO OM Enrichment Workshop series with an industry legend — Mr. Michael Haas, Group Supply Chain Director at DFI Retail Group. 🚀

⚙️📦 From intelligent replenishment planning to Goods-to-Person picking robots, Michael walked us through how DFI drives retail excellence through smarter logistics and warehouse automation — from ordering right with retail-tuned algorithms, to optimizing transport 🚛📍via smart tracking, and automating warehouses with next-gen robotics. 🤖
