For sustainability in the meat sector, we are looking at traceability, farming environment, animal welfare and what they eat, etc.
持續發展在肉食的層面是可追溯性, 養牧環境, 動物福祉, 如何飼養等等.

In this workshop, with the Lumina “waygu” grade lamb. You will enjoy the art of butchery, understand the different cuts of lamb, with tips from our Western and Chinese cuisine chef leaders, and have a chance to cook your own selected cut too! Bring your colleagues with you to learn and play! Register now ah.

*French Food & Wine Experience at the Residence of France (16 May, Tuesday)*

HK Chefs Association Professional members are invited to attend this programme of French GourMay Food & Wine Festival 2023.
At Food & Wine Experience, 9 companies will be exhibiting French products from gourmet products, seafood, to traditional pastries to show the diversity and quality of French products.

The event details are as follows:
• Date: 16th May 2023 (Tuesday)
• Time: 14:30 - 18:00
• Venue: French Residence, 8 Mount Cameron Road
• Dress code: Smart Casual

* With the presence of:
• Chef Guillaume Gomez, Former Chef of the Elysée Palace and Personal Representative of the President of the French Republic & Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
• Mrs. Christile Drulhe, Consul General of France in Hong Kong and Macao.

A shuttle bus will be available to transport you to the Residence from Admiralty MTR station with different time slots.
