Our students proudly participated in the Commercial Food Preparation Summer Camp held at the Corentyne Comprehensive High School Home Economics Department, presented by the Ministry of Education TVET Unit.

The theme for this year's camp was "Quick Breads and Yeast Mixtures." Students gained hands-on experience in preparing a variety of baked products while developing their culinary skills, creativity, teamwork, and collaboration.

Special thanks to our facilitators, Sir Ray Chatterpaul and Miss Tiffania Williams, for their guidance, dedication, and support throughout the camp.
