TURMERIC Has amazing health benefits. Incorporate more into your diet with this MILK (GOLDEN MILK) recipe. INDI Spices - A Guyanese Tradition

Ingredients

* 1 cup milk of your choice
* 1 tsp turmeric powder (use your Indi Ground Turmeric)
* ½ tsp Indi ground fresh ginger
* ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
* Pinch of Indi black pepper (important for absorption)
* 1 tsp honey (or to taste)
* ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)



Method

1. Add milk to a small pot and warm over medium heat (do not boil).
2. Stir in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
3. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Remove from heat and strain if needed.
5. Add honey and vanilla.
6. Serve warm and enjoy
