What a better way to explore a country and culture than to taste their cuisine? In one of our delicious workshops you will learn how to become a real Guatemalan cook! On this sheet you will find all the information you need to get started. COOKING CLASSES
$50 p.p. - Full class (6 dishes)
This mean 2-e hours of cooking where you learn to make 1 main dish, 4 side dishes and a dessert. And unlimited wine during class, in your diner one glass.

$45 p.p. - Basic class (5 dishes)
This means 2-3 hours of cooking where you learn to make 1 main dish, 3 side dishes and a dessert. All the food is 100% Guatemalan cuisine. 5 wine provided during class.

$40 p.p. – Short class (3 Dishes)
For the cooks on a budget or with a lack of time; 1,5 hours of cooking where you learn to make 3 different Guatemalan dishes. What a better way of exploring a country and its culture than to explore its cuisine? On this sheet you will find all the information you need to get started. 2 free glasses of wine included in the class. Experience the market of Antigua in a way that you could never do by yourself! Let our guide open your eyes to the unique market culture of Guatemala. See, smell and learn about the traditional ingredients used in the Guatamalan cuisine. During the tour we will visit a Tortelleria. Here you will take part in an ancient old tradition by making your own tortilla. RECIPES AND CERTIFICATE

To prove to your family and friends that you are a real Guatemalan cook you will receive the official La Tortilla Cooking School certificate. After the cooking class we will send you a digital version of the recipes. HOW TO BOOK A CLASS? We have classes every day at 10.30AM and 4.30PM. Check availability with our staff.
