The Ted Show is officially in session. 😂🕺

One thing about Ted... if there's music, there's dancing.

And honestly... I wouldn't have it any other way.

Life is busy enough. Weekends are for making memories, laughing way too much, and maybe having your own dance party in the kitchen.

Who starts the dance parties in your house... you or your partner? 🕺💃👇

One of the biggest lessons I've learned as I've gotten older...

You can't keep treating your 59-year-old body like it's 35.

For years I thought I just needed to work harder.

Turns out... I needed to work smarter.

That's exactly why I've stayed with FASTer Way for almost two years.

It's realistic.
It's sustainable.
And yes... it still leaves room for wine. 🍷

Now the entire program is about to launch something I'm genuinely excited about.

LUMI is an AI-powered experience that will personalize your health journey like never before.

The first 5,000 people get early access before the official release.

If you've been curious about what I actually use, comment VIP and I'll send you all the details.

Mirror, mirror on the wall...

For years, I didn't like the woman looking back at me.

It wasn't because I needed to be perfect.

It was because I didn't feel healthy.
I didn't feel strong.
I didn't feel like myself.

At 59, I can honestly say I love the reflection I see.

Not because I have the perfect body.

Because I earned my confidence by showing up for myself.

One workout.

One healthy meal.

One good night's sleep.

One better choice at a time.

It took seven years—not seven weeks.

And every step was worth it.

If you've been feeling discouraged, please know this...

You don't have to become someone else.

You just have to keep becoming a better version of YOU.

❤️ I'd love to know...

When you picture your healthiest self, what does she look like? More confident? More energetic? Stronger? Tell me below.

If you've been around here for a while, you already know...

Ted is the chef in our family.

He's the one making homemade sourdough, collecting kitchen gadgets, seasoning cast iron like it's an Olympic sport, and creating meals that honestly belong in a restaurant.

Me?

I'm just happy to be the taste tester. 😂

I do try to help...

Today's assignment was the 90-second microwave rice, and I'd say I absolutely nailed it.

Sometimes the best partnerships are knowing what each person is good at. 😆

❤️ Tell us...

Who's the chef in your house—you or your partner?

🥘 And for bonus points...

What's the one meal they make that makes you say, "Yep... marry me all over again." 😂

Maybe we need to host a Couples Cook-Off!

I wish social media looked more like this.

These are just a handful of messages women sent me this week, simply to encourage me.

Every single one touched my heart.

I replied to each woman personally because I wanted them to know that their kindness mattered.

Imagine if we all did this.

Imagine opening your inbox and finding encouragement instead of comparison.

Imagine women celebrating women more often.

Life is hard enough.

Let's make social media the place where people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

If you've ever sent me a kind message, thank you.

And today, I have one small challenge...

Before you log off, send one woman a message telling her something you admire about her.

It costs nothing...
But it might mean everything.

❤️ Comment "Done" after you've sent your message.

For a long time, I thought exercise was something I had to do to lose weight.

Now I see it completely differently.

I work out because I want to feel amazing.

I want energy.
I want strong bones.
I want muscle.
I want confidence.
I want to travel.
I want to dance.
I want to carry groceries, luggage, and someday maybe even grandbabies without worrying if my body can keep up.

That's why I train.

Not to prove anything.

Not to compete with anyone.

Just to build a body that lets me fully enjoy this beautiful life.

If you've been looking for a realistic nutrition and fitness system that supports your health instead of punishing you, comment SYSTEM below. I'd love to share what's been working so well for me.

People always ask what it's like being married to someone who's also spent his life in entertainment.

The answer?

There's almost always music playing.

There's random dancing while making coffee.

There's choreography happening for absolutely no reason.

And somehow... there are still showgirl headpieces in our house. 😂

Entertainment has been stressful at times, but it's also given us a lifetime of incredible memories.

Music has always been the thread connecting us.

I hope we're still dancing around the kitchen when we're 90.

❤️ Does your house randomly turn into a dance floor too?

Seven years.

That's the difference between these two pictures.

People always ask me what changed.

Was it one workout?
One diet?
One supplement?
One medication?

No.

It was seven years of refusing to quit.

Some seasons I made huge progress.

Some seasons I went backward.

Some seasons I was simply surviving.

But I never completely stopped believing I could feel better.

Over those years I found tools that genuinely helped me.

HRT.

Strength training.

Better nutrition.

Gut health.

Supplements I love.

Medically assisted GLP support.

Mindset work.

None of them were magic.

Together... over time... they changed my life.

If you're frustrated because your journey isn't happening fast enough...

Please don't quit.

The women who succeed usually aren't the women who are perfect.

They're the women who keep showing up.

At 59, I honestly feel stronger and healthier than I did at 52.

And if I can do it...

I truly believe you can, too.

Have questions about my journey? Drop them in the comments or send me a DM. I genuinely do my best to answer every message because I love connecting with women and supporting them as they work toward feeling their healthiest and strongest. ❤️

Can I admit something?

I used to think weighing food and tracking macros was obsessive.

Now I see it completely differently.

It's information.

No different than tracking your spending or checking your blood pressure.

How can we know if we're getting enough protein...
Enough fiber...
The right amount of carbohydrates...
..if we're simply guessing?

For years I was confused by all the conflicting nutrition advice.

Now I follow a simple system that calculates exactly what my body needs—and the best part?

I still drink my wine.

No punishment.
No guilt.
No cutting out foods I love.

If you'd like to see the nutrition system that completely changed the way I eat...

Comment SYSTEM and I'll send you the information.

For most of my life, I thought happiness was waiting for me on the other side of a better body.

Five fewer pounds.

A flatter stomach.

Smaller thighs.

Fewer wrinkles.

Just one more thing to fix...and then I would finally feel confident. Then I would finally be happy. Then I would finally love myself.

But the finish line never came.

Every time I changed one thing, I found another thing I did not like.

That is the cruel trick of chasing perfection: **you can never win because perfection does not exist.**

Even the women we look at and believe have the “perfect body” still see things they want to change. The goalpost keeps moving for all of us.

So I stopped waiting to love every inch of my body before allowing myself to feel beautiful, confident, and joyful.

I can respect my body today.

I can give it grace today.

I can honor it, feed it, strengthen it, and thank it today.

And yes, I am still going to exercise, lift weights, eat well, take care of myself, and try to look and feel my best. Wanting to look good is not vain.

But I am no longer going to punish myself because I am not perfect.

This body has carried me through my entire life. It deserves my care—not my hatred.

The real power move is realizing you never needed a perfect body to completely love yourself and the life you are living.

Comment **PERFECT IS AN ILLUSION** if you agree.
