Our time in Chios was full of fun educational games. We saw the need of this little human beings and started to teach them with love.
This day we teached the children of the world at Vial how to brush their teeth. With the help of the great organization
and the wonderful volunteers from


We made our own version of "poki poki" in Farsi, and changed the lyrics! So the song said: brush your teeth downwards, brush your teeth upwards, brush the ones on the sides, brush everywhere and star all over again!

English classes in VIAL! Our dear friend Javid who's a former teacher from Afghanistan is now being able to teach the children inside the camp. We've been carrying with us a small whiteboard that we use for the children, we decided to give to him for starters. Thanks to donation from we will be bringing a bigger whiteboard soon and thanks to we were able to provide the children with notebooks and pencils. We are very thankful to everyone who contributed, we're so happy to see the children being able to learn something while living in the camp.

We were able to take the wonderful basque clown show of Kolo Kolo and Kili Kili to the children from VIAL camp along with and . We brought the children out of the camp to a nearby piece of land, the ground soon turned into a magical stage when the show began. The children were delighted, we heard uncountable laughs and awww's, the names of Kolo Kolo and Kili Kili were shouted with great excitement. In the end they were able to write a wish to the world, their wishes were of freedom and love, some of them even wrote Athens on it, that's their biggest wish.
Kolo Kolo and Kili Kili painted they nose red and made them clowns for a day, they gave them balloons and candy and made them absolutely happy with their fantastic show. Thanks guys for bringing so much joy to these adorable children!

We celebrares Mother's Day with the children from VIAL! We made flower bouquets and cards with the children who they gave to their moms in the end. The wonderful Swiss team came with us , the kids loved it and we loved to see them and their moms so happy! Here's the video of such a wonderful day!

We helped to carry out a clothes distributing in VIAL as part of CESRT, we worked alongside Samaritan's purse and UNHCR the only two NGO's allowed inside the camp. We distributed clothes for around 400 hundred children, all of them got trousers and tops.
It was so nice to see them so happy to be able to get clothes for the first time after they landed near in Greece back in March.
Before starting the distribution we had sometime to do some face painting and play with the kids!
By the time they were lined up to get their set of clothes a lot of them showed up with their little faces full of color.

We did some coloring yesterday with the children from VIAL. We brought with us more volunteers from our wonderful group in CESRT , the Swiss team, a wonderful American couple and a great fellow Mexican volunteer came along. They were great with the children and the kids immediately fell I loved with them. We were able to distribute some muffins and juice! Thanks to all of you and to our team for your support and for doing this with so much love! Let's keep Coloring their World !

We've been doing some more training with SMH and the local rescue team, it's so interesting to watch these teams work! Mike went in the water to be rescued!
