Body-Mind Centering in Greece with ISTOS

This photo of me expresses the energy and joy I have speaking when what I am saying and who i’m speaking to are mutually engaged and I can feel it.

I am aware that when I am engaged in doing soul work—being creative, or listening with soul and heart, or writing when writing flows, or in a soul-to-soul conversation, or in reflection and contemplation evoked by ephemeral beauty—that while I am absorbed, I am in kairos (participating in time, rather than in kronos time, which is clocked time).
I know that we differ in what absorbs us, and that this is a personal, individual indication of what deeply matters to us and what we can fascinate and draw out of what it is that is special in us. Only you know when you experience kairos what is it you are doing when it happens?

Is it with someone else, alone, in nature, with animals? Is it a physical activity, or to do with music, are you working with your hands, or when you use your mind?

May we all find ourselves in more eternal time or ‘being in the flow’ to help refuel and recharge our nervous systems during these wild times.
