The DRIVE Project is entering an exciting new phase.
🚀Project partners across Europe are now gathering feedback on the DRIVE learning platform from learners and VET trainers. This feedback will help us refine the platform and ensure it meets the needs of ADHD people interested in education, employment and entrepreneurship.
The DRIVE platform has been developed to provide practical learning resources, tools and support that help ADHD people recognise their strengths, build confidence and explore new opportunities.
A huge thank you to everyone who will take part in the evaluation process and help shape the future of the project.

Small supportive habits can make a big difference when you’re working with an ADHD brain. There are a range of micro habits that might be supportive, but here are a couple to consider :
Gentle structure helps protect focus: Select only 1-3 top tasks at a time
Simple systems reduce distractions: Block any distractions, turn off notifications.
Micro healthy habits support energy and clarity: Drink some water, Protein snacks
Take Breaks: Get some movement, rest your brain for a few moments
You don’t need rigid routines, just small intentional choices that make your day feel lighter and more doable. Do you have any that work for you?
