Memos Kotrozos, Chairman & CEO of European Group Asset Management, shared valuable insights on navigating asset management in an era of volatility.

His key message was clear: business leaders shouldn’t fear volatility. If a company is fundamentally strong, it will succeed in the long run🏃

Day 4 of Business week, we had a walk through the past from the journalist Nikos Vatopoulos, from the Kathimerini Newspaper 🗞️

Mr. Vatopoulos an alumnus from the college narrated how the Athenian identity has changed, the crisis of individualistic habits and quoted “Athens is a resilient city that still had many scars to deal with.” Explaining how having endured hardships the city still persists. He also gave some wisdom on what we can do for the city to bring back a balance to our architecture and social structure.

On day 4 of Business Week 2026, Eleni Damaskou opened the event as the first speaker with her talk, “Against the Odds.”

She shared her journey through leadership, challenges, and growth in the automotive industry, drawing on years of experience.
She emphasized that “If we do not trust each other, then we cannot move forward”.
Highlighting the importance of trust in building strong teams and achieving long-term success.

We closed another impactful day of Business Week 2026 with Mr. Pediaditis, Chief Engineer, Maritime Technical Instructor, and Inspection expert.
Through real-world experience and a forward m-looking perspective, he highlighted how adaptability, technical excellence, and resilient leadership are essential to navigating uncertainty in today’s maritime industry.
