4 MISTAKES to avoid if you want happiness and success 💪🏻

I’ve made plenty of mistakes over the years and continue to make some because nobody is perfect and nor do I want to be

The important thing is to learn from them

Here’s what I suggest not doing

1️⃣ I trusted people based of what they said and not their actions

I can’t tell you how many times I believed people just because and at the same time watched them do what they said they wouldn’t

2️⃣ Looked to others for approval

At the end of the day do what you know is best for you, it doesn’t really matter what anyone else thinks. You’re the one that lives inside your mind and body and not anyone else

3️⃣ Gave my personal power to someone else

This means I blamed others for my mistakes. For my gambling, drinking, bankruptcy and many other things. The first step to success is taking responsibility and empowering yourself

4️⃣ Let stress get the best of me

I’ve been in the hospital because of high blood pressure and stress. There’s nothing worth ruining your mental and physical health over

Here’s what you can do

☑️ Trust yourself because you’re the only person who can really let you down. Do something to get better everyday

☑️ Build yourself up everyday. Inner work is easier than you think

☑️ Take responsibility now and forgive yourself and others and move in the right direction

☑️ Be in control of your state. Stress is not worth it because your have a choice
