Pain neuroscience education finds itself at odds with other physiotherapeutic interventions, traditionally governed mainly by the biomedical model, such as manual therapy. This has ended up with the stigmatization of PNE as a hands-off approach. This article brings the "two worlds" of PNE and manual therapy together, blending beautifully in one, enhancing treatment dimensions.
