Say hi to Rami, our new Boxing Fitness coach. 👋
Rami started boxing back in 2011 at Perseas Galatsi Boxing Club with coach Manolis Lavdakis, and since 2023 he’s been competing with Panathinaikos, earning two bronze medals in the Men’s A Division. In June 2024 he stepped into the ring for his first professional fight.
Now he’s bringing that real ring experience straight to our classes — expect great technique, good energy, and workouts that will definitely make you sweat. Let’s go. 🔥💪
